Tri-Starr Elecrric is amazing. They’re extremely responsive, provided thorough estimates, easy process to schedule and pay for the service, and knowledgeable about the updates we wanted to make at our house. We’ve used them a few times already and we are happy with the professionalism, fairness of price, and service we’ve received. Highly recommend.

A downed tree limb ripped our line down and pulled the mast off the side of our house. Tri starr was at our house within an hour of our very first phone call and hooked us up with temporary power before the day was out. Everyone we spoke to was Professional, courteous, detailed. They explained what ideally should be done, what absolutely needed to be done, and what could be grandfathered in given our very old setup. They laid out our options clearly in advance, listened to our concerns, and worked with the township permit office and our utility to get us back up and running passed inspection, on time, and within budget. Even made sure our internet router stayed powered seperately while they were working so our kids wouldn't go crazy 😉

Team was excellent had an issue with my electricity they came found the issue immediately. Once they found that I was told what needed to be done. They came in work hard to get everything up to code. Neil you have a great team and great service.
