We engaged JoRu for tree services and pruning. They performed excellently, tidying up the lawn afterward. Juan was exceptionally friendly and accommodating with scheduling, communicating effectively throughout the entire process.

JoRu Tree Service was very professional and did an excellent job on my property. Walter and his crew arrived on time and with all the machinery they needed each day. They took down four very large trees at least 50 feet tall that we're very close to the house and did so with utmost care and precision. They also removed, hauled away, and ground several of the trees on the property. Walter was present, involved and engaged throughout the entire process. His crew was accommodating to our many requests and cleaned up at the end of each day. While other three services shied away from this challenging project, JoRu took the on the challenge and delivered. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

During a hurricane last week, 2 good sized tree limbs broke from my tree into a neighbors yard. All the tree services I called had a 1-2 week out wait time. Walter & his team were in another neighbors yard cutting down a tree. I reached out to them and Walter came by, gave me a fair quote, and took care of the limbs within the day. He also gave me advice & quotes on other trees that need attention. I will definitely call when I decide what to do. Very courteous & professional!

Walter and his crew were amazing. Very professional and reasonably priced. They were attentive to every little detail and cleaned up after themselves. Every request I had was acknowledged and completed. I definitely recommend using them as I will again in the future.

Walter stopped by my home to survey the job and provide an estimate. Satisfied with the cost we agreed on a date and time. On the day of the job he and his team arrived on time, actually 15 minutes early! They got straight to work. I observed that everything was handled with coordination and care. The team was very respectful of my property and the neighboring property as well. The job was to remove 4 trees. As each limb carefully came down it was cut and carted away to the chipper parked in front of my home. Everyone had a role and safety was in the forefront of the entire process. The job was completed swiftly, safely and neatly! When all 4 trees were removed entirely the team worked together to clean up. They cleaned up so well they even took brush and debris that my landscaper left behind!

Walter came out to estimate the cost and was very clear on how he would remove my tree. He is insured and licensed and I agreed to the price and set a date. He and his team moved quickly, professionally and even seemed to like what they were doing. The price was equal to any of the other estimates I received. I was very pleased with J&L Tree Service. I could see right away that the crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. They worked as a team to remove this gigantic tree limb from my roof and trimmed all of the broken branches. Nelson the team leader was excellent, professional and friendly. The entire team was nice.
They cleaned up every branch and all of the tree debris and left the yard very clean. They didn't leave any ruts or groves on my lawn.
I'm glad I used them and would use them again and I highly recommend them. Jose was also nice and professional and worked quickly to come out and provide a reasonable estimate for the job.
