Fanny 's cleaning services is a professional team that will leave your house/office cleaned and shinning. That's what I experienced last week when they came to clean our home. As soon as they arrived, they divided the different areas of the house amongst the team and got busy!
My house was cleaned from top to bottom, and back to front. All corners of the house received great attention and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Fanny and her Crew!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Fanny and her entire staff! They were super responsive and came in for an estimate right away. I was hesitant at first because I never inquired about a cleaning service before, but I knew I needed help. I scheduled my deep cleaning service and the day of, Fanny and her crew came in and got to cleaning right away. I left for 3 hours and when I came back, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Immediately, I walked in and everything smelled AMAZING. Fanny gave me a tour of what felt like an entirely new home. I had to hug Fanny twice because I just couldn’t believe my eyes and it felt like a weight had been immediately lifted once I came back and every little corner of my house was sparkly clean. Not only did Fanny and her crew give me a clean home, but they also gave me peace of mind and the opportunity to be able to fully focus on my family instead of cleaning(it probably would have taken me days!). I needed to have my mom's house cleaned out after she moved to an apartment. This is a 100+ year old house that she had lived in for over 45 years. It needed to meet the "broom clean" standard for the upcoming sale.

I called Fanny with fairly short notice (less than a week). She was able to have her team out quickly, on the day I had hoped for, and was able to give me a rough estimate based on my description.

Her team arrived on time and was prepared for a big, dirty, job. The attic hadn't been cleaned in 30+ years and there is an attic fan dragging dust in all summer long, not to mention two roof replacements worth of debris. The basement hadn't been cleaned in 15+ years, some of which included minor flooding.

The two main floors were about what you'd expect for 45+ years of wear and some furniture that was too heavy to move.

Fanny revised her estimate based on actually seeing the house (close to the original estimate and very reasonable). I agreed to her new price and her team moved quickly and efficiently into high gear. They got the whole place done in about 2.5 hours and for a price that was very reasonable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Fanny's Cleaning Services. Nice people who work hard and do great work for reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

Fanny’s Team of professional cleaners provided deep cleaning services for my 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. I was amazed when they finished. Every room was immaculately clean and sparkling! I highly recommended them for all of your cleaning needs! UPDATE: Today 5/5/25 Fanny & her cleaning team did the most amazing job on my Father’s home, which had been severely neglected. It is now organized and spotless from top to bottom! I highly recommend using this cleaning service! I would give ten stars if I could.

We moved into a new home and with very short notice Fanny came out and gave us an estimate for a move-in cleaning that was very reasonable. She understood we were moving from out-of-state and with the movers arriving the next day in the late morning. So the following morning at 7:00am sharp she arrived with her team and they went to work. I was beyond impressed with her and her team. Fanny’s Cleaning Services is amazing. Absolutely amazing! Just used them for the first time for a deep clean, and let me tell you, worth every penny. They clean everything and everywhere! This was my first experience with a cleaning service, so I was a little nervous, but Fanny is great too. She is really professional and friendly and makes you instantly feel at ease letting her into your home. We will be using them from now on for regular cleaning we are so happy with the initial deep clean!

After 3 years of using Fanny's Cleaning services, we chose to leave due to poor customer service and scheduling issues.

Pros:
-Her cleaning service does a pretty thorough job of cleaning the home which is most important

Cons:
-There is constant turnover, so there will be new faces almost every month
-The first two years of service Fanny would actually come out to the property and oversee the cleaning. At some point she tried to upsell us by increasing the frequency of the cleanings. When we declined as we were satisfied with how things were going that is when the troubles started
-After this incident we never saw Fanny again, just her cleaners which is not a big deal. However, scheduling became an issue God forbid we went on vacation or were away and had to cancel. It was a fight EVERY time to try and reschedule the date.
-She primarily communicates through texts and for the last year when we messaged her to schedule a cleaning for the month, she would not respond for a minimum of 24 hours. However, she would send a text the day before telling us she is coming tomorrow and expect a response ASAP. The final straw was when we messaged and called her for a cleaning and did not receive a response for 3 days.

This has been my experience after working with her for 3 years. After the first two years, it seemed readily apparent she did not want to continue working with us. I do not hold any anger and wish her and her company well. But, as a potential customer you should hear the pros and cons about her cleaning service.

Very happy with their deep cleaning service. They were detailed and efficient. Multiple people were there to work through the house. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

Fanny's crew did and excellent deep clean for my move in. They were friendly and diligent in their work. I thought the oven grates were beyond saving but somehow they look brand new! Trust me when I say it was magic!
