We were without air conditioning for three days, we called four companies nobody showed up until we called Unified Air Industries, they replaced my capacitor! Extremely quick, extremely fast, and processed the job quickly! We have AC now!! Thank you Joseph Porto!

Be careful, I don't recommend using this business. You pay the fee for them to come and give you an estimate which is expensive compared to others. The crew was a dude with a shop vac. He did not know if the cleaning fee covered sanitation and kept changing his price. I did not choose the job.

I have really bad allergies so I found these guys on-Google.called them and We had Freddy over for air duct cleaning. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier. We are fully satisfied and amazed with the service provided.

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company! They are scam artists who charged us double their quoted price after they had already set up. To make matters worse they demanded to be paid $570 IN CASH on a Sunday! I had to pay with a cash app that went to a personal email address but had a $500 send limit. We were then asked to go to an ATM for the balance!! Sensing we were becoming upset, we were told as a courtesy not to worry about the extra $70. The claim was made that their credit card machine was down and there was no other payment method they would take. Their insistence on cash payment for much more than the original estimate, after they had already begun should have been enough warning they were scamming us. Unfortunately, rather than ask them to take their equipment and leave and hire a reputable company, we hoped they would at least do the job they were overpaid to do. NOPE! To make matters even worse, they only cleaned one vent in one room! Once he was paid, the tech left after less than 20 minutes. I thought perhaps he got called away and would return but my husband advised he said the job was done. I realized they had not gone into any rooms other than our living room so we inspected the rest of the vents. No others were done! When we called to complain, they said someone would come back out and finish the job. The person who I presume is the owner, Liran, came back but before he began said he had to run out and would be right back. After several hours of waiting and many calls and texts to Liran, it was clear he wasn’t coming back, and we had been scammed. That was months ago and nobody will return our calls. I’ve had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of taking them to court.

Excellent customer service! Before arriving on time, the technicians sent out reminders and made a courtesy call. They took films of the ducts and showed us how filthy they were. I purchased replacement filters, and they installed them for us. Their pricing was very reasonable and slightly lower than the quotes I received from other companies. Thank you incredibly much!
