Great experience with rebuild of the rpz valve for the sprinkler system. They came out for an evaluation first and then came back quickly to rebuild the rpz, retested it and gave us a report instantly

I used Backflow Testing Services for an inspection today. Let me tell you Alex was fantastic. He was extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel like he was rushing to "get to the next job". He took his time and let me know what he was doing. Once Alex was finished, he let me know the results of the backflow test and I will definitely use Backflow Testing Services for the repair and future inspections. This was such a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a professional company to test your backflows look no further, you've found your company.

Had an emergency call. Technician (Val) arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, and guided me to the best decision (a very simple repair) rather than up-selling (because I thought I would have needed a replacement).

Non-responsive. We got glimpses of it while picking everything out for our home renovation, but our builder worked with/recommended them, so we pushed forward. We ended up spending $17,000 here for our renovation. Every interaction, they've been extremely slow to respond. There's now a crack in our soaking tub that we purchased from them. I called them in January and was told to email them photos. Four emails and two months later, I STILL haven't heard back from them.

They fail to tell you if items are back ordered with no delivery date. 5 weeks and still waiting in order to use our shower. Terrible follow up and customer service

My mother and children walked in here one afternoon and not one person greeted us, nor offered to help us after walking around the store for about 15 mins. Clearly these people have a problem with the color of our skin

Second time walking into this store. Older woman always at the front. Whom seems to be angry…today I walked in I said hello in a great mood, snarling she gets up (no response) walks into the back and hides. Wow!!! I at least get a greet by another person who continues to keep walking. Both time’s walking in and the air of go f yourself is how this place greets customers. If you want customer service this is not the place. I gave it a second chance. Wow just wow they win the best award for ignoring your customer. Apparently they have so much business they don’t need anymore.

My batter was dead, I saw Paul asked for a jump he gave me a jump start. I was so thankful. Thank you Paul for taking time out to help a stranger. Have a great day
