Roofing & Gutters reviews in Plainfield, New Jersey

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my house. The two men worked efficiently and timely, cleaned up the debris and left the area better than it was. I have used Deegan Roofing several times over the years, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

The team came out right away and uncovered what our issue was. We were so glad to see how quickly they were able to make the repairs efficiently and quietly while we were working from home. I'd definitely use them again.

Deegan did our house roof 10 years ago, perfect service, they were our top choice to do the garage roof & gutters this past week. Efficient, clean and job well done.

Hard working crew came in morning and completed whole roof in same day. Covered all shrubbery and cleaned yard nicely. Sent tech back 2 days later at my request to make sure all gutter filters were in place and secure. Very pleased

Deegan is my go-to Company for any gutter/roofing and related repair services. They are reliable, responsive, always do a great job, and their customer service is fantastic! Most recently, they replaced some flashing that came off my house due to all the wind we’ve been having. They did not disappoint! I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Deegan Roofing. Project was to install two bathroom exhaust fan vents through roof. Within 48hrs of my initial call (which was answered on first try by an actual human), an estimator had visited my home and a quote was delivered to my inbox. Work was completed within timeframe promised, which, in my case, was 2 weeks from accepting quote as work was not urgent; this is what really sets Deegan apart from other roofing contractors as other contractors either: a) never returned my call, or b) gave me 1-2 month long timeframes for doing job. Actual work performed was professional and, most importantly, seamlessly blends into existing roof, which is only 2 years old.

From the moment I contacted Deegan Roofing to the completion of the work, everyone at Deegan has been been incredible. They are so professional and kind good people and the work speaks for itself. Actually my cousin also used Deegan a few years ago in 2018, he lives about 1 mile away in the same town and my neighbor used them as well and all of us could not be any happier. When I called the Deegan office I spoke with Alena and an appointment was scheduled, Mr. Deegan came out to look at the roof himself and I let him know my current roof is about 22 years old and only 1 layer and I wanted him to remove and replace. He did a quick inspection and stated its a simple roof and he will email the quote. He went on to say he's not the cheapest or the most expensive and he aims to do quality work and stands behind his work. In all fairness I did get 2 other quotes, 1 was more expensive and the other was cheaper, the cheaper quote after adding dumpster it was only a few hundred dollars. But the other companies were not professional and I did not get a good vibe from the others. The people at Deegan are very professional and reply to emails with any questions you may have, they call to let you know what date the appointment is and do follow up calls etc. The cleanup was amazing. I had a question when they completed the work and sent them an email and Daniela called immediately. We chose the Charcoal color and it look amazing. It's a 10 year installation warranty and with GAF manufacturer is 30 years. Go with them you won't regret it! And if you want to take a look at their workmanship stop by my house, or my neighbors house. They really do deserve a 5 star rating and this is a real and honest review!

Stopped by Deegan's Scotch Plains office and asked about Gutter Cleaning and roof installation. Scheduled an inspection appointment for next day. The Deegan foreman arrived the next day, on time to do the inspection, explaining to us the work they were proposing. The following day we received a formal, very completive quote. Power washed whole house roof, cleaned gutters and replaced roof on the carport per the quote. Their crew completely cleaned the area around the house of any work debris.
A real professional group. Thanks Deegan Roofing.

Very efficient and courteous. Cleaned all areas after the gutters were emptied!!! Would recommend

Due to the high winds at the Jersey shore, we needed our roof repaired. Deegan did an excellent repair job. They are fast and reliable.

Deegan Roofing saved the day! (...and my attic, kitchen ceiling, and dinning room celling!)

We found multiple leaks from the roof into our attic during the last few torrential downpour, and we reached out to Deegan Roofing, because of the good things we heard about them through friends in the area.

But seeing is believing, and from what we saw, everything about them exceeded our expectations, in the following ways:

- They were very quick coming to our house to get the estimate done.
- The estimate is clear and concise, no hidden fees or clauses anywhere.
- Once I've accepted the proposal, they came way quicker than my expectation to start working on the roof.
- Within 1.5 days, the leaking section of the roof, front and back, were being replaced, along with the damaged plywood underneath.
- The cleanup process was ABSOLUTLY amazing. If I was not home during these 2 days, I would not even know that someone was performing work on the premises.
- Last but not least: This is the first time in many years that someone has come to work on my property WITHOUT damaging my professionally installed landscape lights. They were extremely delicate with all my yard light fixtures and my precious shrubs!!!

I'm so blessed that I picked the right company on my first attempt. Thanks again Deegan Roofing!

Deegan roofing did a incredible job working on our house. They were quick and efficient getting everything done in less than a day. Everything looks very clean and not rushed. We are very happy with their work.

I hired Deegan roofing to do my house in Watchung N.J which was around 3000 sq feet in May after getting quotes from 3 other roofing companies and the guys and workmanship was excellent. I was in contact with the owner during and after the quote, during the installation and at the end for payment and he was a gentleman to work with. The ladies in the office keep me posted on when the start date would be due to rain so I could be on site the first day of them starting.
After the roof was done, I hired Deegan again to do the gutters, and I cannot say enough about the guys and the installation. They did everything I asked for with no issues.
Lastly, being in the construction business, I strongly suggest using Deegan and his guys to do the Roofing, Gutters etc., and know what you want before setting up an appointment to discuss.

Ran through that red light, almost causing an accident. Hope your roofs are better than your driving.

It's so hard to find good people who you can trust these days but Deegan Roofing is definitely one you can trust. They were fair, honest and explained in detail what I needed versus saying I needed an entire new roof!!! Not only was the price fair but they understood at the time I could not go through with the services but once I was ready they were right there to accommodate me...they came and did a phenomenal job the same day without hassle. I would highly recommend them to all for roofing services and have to my friends who own homes.....thank you so much for your services!!

All of the employees of Deegan Roofing and Jun’s Pro-Services were very professional. They explained everything that needed to be done and even provided pictures. We were notified when the work was to be done and the work was performed very well with clean up afterwards. We originally had our roof done by Deegan and were very satisfied. When we noticed moss growing on our roof we contacted Deegan/ Jun for cleaning and roof repairs. We would definitely contact them again for any roofing needs.

Very happy with my new roof! The crew was in and out in one day and was well worth the wait time for their expertise. Would recommend deegan roofing to all. Don’t hesitate, call them!

Made an appt for an estimate to fix my gutters and noone showed up. No phone call or anything. Guess it wasn't worth doing the job. Thanks Deegan roofing! 👍🏿

Deegan arrived on time with two wonderful gentlemen who completed all the work despite the freezing cold. The only thing different they could have done is cleaned up all the dust in the attic as it ended up all over our suitcases.

Had a roof leak and Deegan came in with a fair and reasonable price and followed it up with exceptional work. Highly recommended.

Deegan did an amazing job on the siding! If there were more than 5 stars.. I would give more! The one picture is what our house looked like before the siding. The second picture is after the siding!
