Their service is terrible. They did job in my home and not finished because their machine had problem. Even though I paid and they said they will come back but after that no more contact. I called several times to Mr. Jesus but he did not answer and not show up for 3 weeks. I contact to another company and spent extra money for job. It is terrible experience with this company and NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. BE CARREFUL.

From the start of the conversation he sounded like he didn’t want to do the job; then asks me to measure my property and send pics to quote the job.

5 stars for Bob and his team! Bob was very responsive when I asked for a fall clean up (last minute). My yard is very difficult to get around and we are surrounded by a TON of leaves. They cleaned our yard immaculately which was very impressive. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services in the future!

After attempting to obtain estimates for work to my back steps, new landings and a brand new patio, Kodiak was one of the FIRST to respond to my inquiry. From the get go, Yesi was responsive and thorough with communication. Bob responded quickly to the requested site visit and was extremely helpful in the planning stages which, of course, included staying within a certain budget yet maintaining the desired overall appearance. Bob, Danny and the entire team worked diligently to ensure that vision was accomplished in a timely fashion and I am BEYOND pleased with the outcome! This last week, I have found myself standing and staring at what a fantastic job they did. Not only was the project something of perfection, but they ensured all areas that needed filling with soil, seeding, haying and even re-raking and "jack-rabbiting" in my driveway were cleaned up - some areas better than they were to begin with. To say I will recommend Kodiak to anyone in the market for a new/changed hardscape would be an understatement. Thank you, AGAIN, for an amazing job!

Landscaping & design HERO!
My husband and I did our homework and got several opinions from neighbors and friends and many suggested Kodiak Landscaping. We also got some estimates from other companies. The office staff I was in contact with from start to finish were absolutely delightful and very professional. They were in constant contact with my husband and I with phone calls and emails and quickly set up estimate and design consultation from our initial call until completion. The price was the best around and we were very happy with the advice and design consultation. The crew was respectful, polite, quiet and performed as true professionals. They even removed my American Flag not to damage or dirty it. I watched the man from my Ring camera carefully lower it and take it down with respect and care which I thought was sweet. VERY GOOD WORKERS!
The crew started yesterday am and today I came home to a beautiful 15 x 20 paver patio area. It looks fantastic they were very efficient and hard workers
The process was so quick and easy. They obviously took time to plan accordingly and take great pride in their craftsmanship. Not even a sign of them after...they even reseeded the lawn and saved & relocated some shrubs for me that they removed from the patio area. I didn't expect that at all and it made my day! The owner met with us to announce completion and to make sure we were happy with it and to educate us on the care and maintenance we should follow. We are Very Very Happy and will definitely be using them for all our future landscaping and design services!

Bob always answers your calls and shows when he says he will be there. Not exactly a common trait nowadays. His workers are really good guys. Friendly and responsive to any questions you have. I had a paver patio done and some stairs. They worked 8-10 hours every day and did a really nice job. His guys are on sight and rarely take a break. They actually brought their own microwave to plug in and eat lunch on premises to minimize downtime. Very happy with tier work and highly recommend Kodiak. Thank you. AAA++++

Kodiak was a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Bob was super responsive, knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. The pavers I had installed for my hot tub by Kodiak far exceeded my expectations. Kodiak does quality work and uses quality materials to compete the job. Would Highly recommend!

UPDATE [10/29/2024]: Since my first review (below) of the original driveway work that Kodiak did for us earlier this year, just wanted to add this update. We were so happy with their work that over the summer and fall we also had them back for a few other jobs. In early summer they came in for a couple of days to rip up an old concrete sidewalk in front of the house and put in a brand new one. In the fall, we had the Kodiak guys come in again for two days to replace our old front and back wooden steps with block steps that matched the driveway. At the same time, they also re-habbed the crumbling mortar from the visible sections of our stone foundation. ALL of the work done was excellent! We've gotten plenty of compliments from neighbors and visitors about how everything turned out. Wouldn't hesitate for a moment recommending Kodiak to anyone who needs stone landscaping work done.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Kodiak just finished up installing our new stone driveway earlier today and I have to say that they did a great job! Bob, the owner, was thorough when he first came over to do measurements and assess the job back in November. He answered all of my questions and made some suggestions about things that I hadn't even considered. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few months since the winter weather didn't want to cooperate. But once the temps warmed up a little, the Kodiak guys were here to get started. Danny and his crew showed up on time every single day, bright and early, and went right to work. I'm not the lurking/hovering type. (Well, other than watching the tractors, machines and some of the procedures they use during construction...I guess I'm still a kid at heart!) But anytime I stepped outside or glanced out the front door, these guys were always working. The only time they stopped was for their lunch break. Every night after they were through (and many times mid-job) they swept and shoveled away loose soil, stones and pebbles that may have gotten loose around the work area. They answered every question I had about the job. And all of them were ALWAYS polite and cheerful. A really nice group of guys that I'm sure Bob is proud to have working for him. Definitely give Kodiak a call if you need a landscaping job done. Top notch!

From the time we scheduled it was a good experience. the three men who came were polite professional and cared about what they were doing. Their trucks equipment and the way they worked were very clean. All the work they did looks beautiful I even like how they cut in all the areas they weren't working on to make it look nice thanks for the effort it looks great I would recommend Kodiak Landscaping for any service they offer. 100% happy. Chris is awesome. Had the major flood rain right after they applied the HydroSeed. Storm did some serious damage but Chris showed up the next day and raked out, reseeded etc. Great guy and reputable company.
