terrible service terrible customer care. would never recommend “bros dryer vent cleaning” to anyone.

Ken did a wonderful job. He came to the house immediately abd took the time to explain everything to us so our dogs would be safe. I would highly recommend him

Kens Pest Control is the best around. Best pricing and quick and friendly customer service. Ken will explain your options as well as teach you how to possibly prevent problems in the future. Very reliable, thanks for your help guys!

Ken was excellent. Response to my call was prompt. He took care of a wasp nest and said they should be gone in 24 hours, and they were.
Pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Ken was able to come out the same day to resolve our issue. He found what turned out to be a bird, we thought squirrel, trapped inside a wall. He humanly removed and released the bird outside of the house. He located two small spots, on the exterior of the house, where the bird may have entered and closed them off. We were very pleased with the service!

Ken is great. He is very professional with a great personality. He went over and above to resolve my problems with squirrel and crickets. In addition resolved another problem that had nothing to do with pest control. Would recommend him highly.

Ken is wonderful! Ken has helped our family out with pest control problems for the past 15 years. Ken just saved a beautiful little bird that was stuck in our chimney this past Saturday (came on Saturday!). I would like to give him 10 stars!

Ken spent a week helping us evict a family of squirrels from our attic, which wasn’t easy as we were renovating and often had all the windows and doors open. He even caught one of the baby squirrels by hand, then took it into the back yard to reunite it with its mother. He also went all over our roof, blocking up holes and fixing a loose shingle. For the first time ever, probably, our house is squirrel free! I get that his fee can seem high, especially if he manages to administer the prevention and the cure in the same day, but he is really thorough and will stick at it until the job is done. He’s helping several of our friends now.

I had a squirrel problem in my soffit. I contacted Ken and booked an appointment for the very next day. He put up a tunnel and within an hour of him being here, the squirrels were evicted. His price was also much better than other companies I got quotes from. They communicated every step of the way as far as when he will be here and how things work.

Ken was great. Showed up on time, blocked off the space that squirrels were getting into my shed, and charged a reasonable amount. Polite and professional conversation while he explained what he recommended. Will definitely call him again for any pest problem.

I called Kens pest control when I thought I had a couple wasp nests in front of my house. After a thorough inspection, and I mean thorough (he was literally in the bush shaking it) he didn’t find any. He found one in the ground and sprayed it. He could’ve easily said he found a few, sprayed and took my money. He did not. He was 100% honest and even turned down the tip I offered him. He is a class act and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Absolutely the best I can't wait to use this company again. Did exactly what I needed done and for a better price than I was quoted from another company. Thanks Ken's Air duct cleaning And Dryer vent cleaning of NJ.

We had Tom away from Bro's Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Pompton Plains, NJ today. He was really kind, gave us an update on our chimney's condition, warned us about the dangers posed by our neighbor's tree, and suggested that we install a chimney cover. I heartily suggest this cleaning firm.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Ken’s Pest Control they were the absolute best recommendation anyone could give! Ken and his Wife Cynthia were so nice and they were exactly what I expected by all their reviews. Great Customer Service, Very Professional and had an amazing response time! Ken arrived on time, he was very thorough in his work and you can tell he loves his job which makes it so much better for a customer. He found not 1 but 3 dead squirrels in my chimney and also an entire garbage bag filled of tree branches for a nest. He place a canvas cloth down so no mess would go on my floor and cleaned up afterwards. He then went up on my roof to inspect my chimney cage and that’s when he noticed the hole in the wire. He took his time and explained everything to me and even gave me advice that it would be cheaper and easy option for me to replace it. Overall I am extremely satisfied with his service and everything else about Ken’s Pest Control! One of the best parts was Ken was price for service! I am a customer for life!!!
