Seems odd to me that this family owned business got 5 stars or 1 star, that's pretty opposing views, but I guess I'll relay my feelings only. I called the company very early on Monday morning, not having heat from the evening before. I got the owner of the company. He was very friendly, professional and responded immediately. He was at my home within the hour, followed up with a text with his contact information, an well as a photo so I would know who to expect. He evaluated my situation, gave me his professional opinion, let me contemplate it a few moments, gave me all pricing up front, wrote up an invoice and emailed it to me while in front of me in case I had questions. He went through my bill itself in case I had questions and when I signed off on my choices he ordered the part. His son Michael arrived here 30 minutes later and worked non stop at my home for almost 9 hours until everything was finished. Afterward, Mike Jr explained all he had done and scheduled a follow up with me on Tuesday morning. Excellent customer service
