Joe is super honest, he spent whole afternoon to address all of the concerns/questions and he is highly responsive! Although eventually I can’t do a business with Joe this time but I will definitely recommend to my friends!

Priority Sewer & Water, LLC is undoubtedly the top choice for a plumber in Fords, NJ. We had a sewer line repair, and they came out the next day to fix it. They were excellent at communicating what they were going to do. Once they diagnosed the issue, they provided us with a quote and explained how they would go about fixing the sewer line. They were efficient, professional, and very easy to work with. Great company with great staff!

Sunday, my wife and I discovered our laundry room was flooded with water overflowing from our water heater. I hated to call Dave Trevett on a Sunday afternoon, but I wanted to stop the water flow and of course, I wanted hot water. He dropped everything and came to the rescue.

This unit had an unfortunate history in the short time it had been installed. This was the third time Dave had to come out and do repairs on it. The repairs all involved faulty valves, but they are part of the water heater, right? Dave diagnosed the problems, and said he’d be back Monday (today) to fix it again. Meanwhile, he called GPS Plumbing Supply (wholesaler who sold the Rheem unit to Dave). They graciously agreed to provide an entirely new unit, given the history of the old one.

These are businesses who stepped up to help a customer in need. Thinking about it, I’d bet the overwhelming ­­majority of calls a plumber gets ARE “emergencies”. All I can say is, Dave always steps up. I’ve given them many recommendations in this group for people who were searching for a knowledgeable, and conscientious business to help them. And I do so again. Thanks Dave, and thanks to GPS Plumbing Supply.

I have a service contract with nj natural gas, my heater stopped working so they came and told me that my circulating pump was bad. They would not fix it because they said a pipe needed to be replaced. I called Dave trevett on a friends recommendation. He came promptly and diagnosed the problem was not the pump at all but a valve that was not allowing water into the heater. 90 minutes later the part was fixed the pipe replaced, the heater serviced and the area left spotless and my home was getting warm. I would recommend Trevett plumbing to anyone who is need of a plumber. Great service, great company. 5 stars

We had an old bath fitter that was cracked leaking and bath fitter wanted a fortune to replace. Their lifetime guarantee doesn’t transfer to a new owner. Dave and Chris from George Trevett demo’d the old bath and surround and all the original tile and tub. They installed a brand new tub and surround in one day. They were fantastic! Recommend whole heartedly!

I am very pleased with the service we received from George Trevett plumbing and heating. We had a difficult to reach leak in our second floor bathroom leaking down to the first floor. They returned my call promptly and showed up when they said they would and took care of the problem. Service and price were very fair.
