John came on Saturday to look at my oven and dishwasher. Although there was a 4 hours arrival window, I was able to call the office in the a.m and get a better idea of when he would be coming. He was able to fix my oven quickly and had the part needed on hand. He then looked at my dishwasher, getting it to work again without needing any parts. Good job! I will use them again and will tell my friends!

Great service. The burners on my range were acting up and John was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. He then checked out several other areas that tend to be problems and found that my oven was actually in pretty good shape. He then gave me some things to look out for and explained how to operate my unit better. And he did it all for the service call price. If I have any issues with any of my appliances, I'll definitely call American Appliance again.

An excellent job done. John came by the same day I called to check out my dryer and give me a repair estimate. It turned out that the dryer was 35 years old, and he didn't have the right part to fix it immediately. He ordered the part and fixed it the next day. John went the extra mile and vacuumed the inside of the dryer before reassembling it. I will definitely recommend this service and I will use them again.

The technician, John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Assessed the problem quickly and went right to work. We thought we needed a new dryer but he had it up and running in no time. This is the third time I have used American Appliance for repairs in about the last 10 years on a few other appliances. It is nice to know that we found a repair man who is honest about the repair and doesn't just say or do something to try to make an extra buck.
