Called for maintenance on my boiler and to get a quote for some repairs. Dominic was great, he gave me good advice and instructed me on some things I can do myself for preventative care. The service quote was reasonable and well detailed. I’ll be using them again for more work

Herb is the absolute best! A super asset to your company. His long-term expertise and clear explanations, turned a long-term situation with my furnace into a positive experience. Thanks, Herb, you were great!

I’m only giving two stars because the first technician who came out was very kind and thorough. I had Princeton Air come to my establishment twice to fix an issue with my HVAC system. During the first visit, the technician admitted he couldn’t figure out the exact problem but still took the time to carefully inspect and clean the unit, which I appreciated.
The second technician was there for less than an hour and said there was a loose cable, which he reconnected. Less than a month later, I had the exact same issue again. I believe it was the same faulty cable, but instead of replacing it, the Princeton Air tech just tightened it. When I called another company for help, their technician immediately pointed out that the wire clearly needed to be replaced and that simply tightening it would only cause the problem to keep recurring.
The new technician replaced the wire completely, and the issue was resolved right away — at nearly half the price of just one of my visits with Princeton Air. On top of that, I was also given inconsistent information about their minimum hourly rates — first one hour, then two hours.
After spending nearly $1,000 over two visits without getting the issue properly fixed, I was very disappointed in the overall experience. The first tech was great, but the follow-up service and cost did not live up to expectations. -
Princeton Air quickly arranged a visit and Francis arrived at 8am sharp as promised. Our issue needed electrician support and Francis arranged for the electrician to come within 20 min. Issue resolved. Sincerely appreciate the timeliness of the support and Francis’s in-depth knowledge to identify the issue and efficiently resolve. Thank you 🙏🏻

I write this reviewing Christian Errico. He is fabulous. The most helpful and patient man we have worked with...He worked with us when we needed a new furnace and AC unit...there were no questions too stupid or too difficult...he was able to answer them all and fix whatever issue we were having. Princeton Air is most lucky to have working for them and he deserves a big raise!!!!

Princeton Air is fantastic. Mike Rogers came out to our home and is extremely knowledgeable, warm and communicative. He was able to explain everything to us in a comprehensive, thorough way. We felt comfortable asking questions and confident that we were being told the truth and given fair options. Highly recommend.

Great service provided by Cruise Rodriguez @ Princeton Air. Mr. Rodriguez was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Instead of taking the easy option of replacing the switch mentioned in the error code on our thermostat, he took the time to thoroughly check our system and was able to find the real problem, avoiding unnecessary repairs. Cruise remained patient, kept us updated and clearly explained the steps he was taking to find a permanent solution that satisfied his excellent knowledge of the system. Keep up the great work! You were well represented Princeton Air.

Some context: the average price nationwide to snake a drain is $150 to $250 with $400 being at the high end of the range. Princeton Air wanted to charge $989. The median U.S. household income is $70K -- about $1077 a week after 20% taxes, so Princeton Air thinks their hour of snaking a drain is worth about a week of your labor. Why do they think that? Princeton Air is now owned by HomeX, which is owned by private equity firm Mountain Capital, which is buying local firms so they can jack up prices and pay for their third vacation houses.
Was this a difficult job? I took the pipe off under the kitchen sink: insert mechanized snake, remove clog. I asked PA/HomeX to leave. My local plumber handled it in a half hour. Of course, they want their $169 "dispatch fee" and they would not provide an estimate prior to inspecting the hole in the wall where they would insert the world's most expensive drain snake. Do not bother with this rapacious company unless your house is filled with sewage and you are about to drown -- and then be prepared to take out a second mortgage.
Princeton Air-HomeX-Mountain Capital's bland response to this review is just further evidence of their determination to screw customers. Imagine -- $1000 to snake a drain! A friend said, "Did you laugh?" It's the old "I'm sorry you're angry" response rather than, "Er, maybe we should get our costs in line and get real."
Find a good local plumber and stay away from Gigantus Equity Inc. -
I will say, this is not the place to go for the cheapest price.
That being said what you get is, in my opinion, very worth the cost. The central planner is polite and very efficient and the fellas that come to the house are knowledgeable and efficient.
We had a part installed with a from-factory defect and they came the next day, repaired, and waited to make sure it was completed correctly.

This place is a scam. Not sure how they got so many 5 star reviews. I called them to get a quote to replace my water heater. They sent a guy out who quoted me literally double what other plumbers quoted me. I told him I’d have to think about it so he brought the number down. Still higher than other quotes. After a bit of back and forth and feeling pressured, I still went with it knowing it was higher than others. Anyway, he spent the day working on this. He left a few times and returned but in a different van. Turns out he’s a plumber but for his own business that is contracted out by Princeton Air. I guess Princeton Air doesn’t have their own plumbers and just contracts work out. Anyway, it’s been a few months and they still have not filed the permit with the township even though they are required to. I made the mistake of paying all upfront. I can’t get them to do this last step. They claim it can take months and they have up to a year. Meanwhile I’m having other work done with permitting already filed (within weeks) and inspection completed. But I can’t get Princeton Air to follow through despite multiple calls. Save some money and find a different plumber.

The entire staff at Princeton were incredible! I have a geo-thermal system and everything was clearly explained. They were exceptionally professional, trustworthy, clean and thorough. All aspects of the job from the estimate, service and completion were wonderful!!

Ryan G came out as a follow up to our contracted fall maintenance. Our thermostat appeared to not be turning on the furnace. It was an urgent call and he showed up 30 minutes early after checking for clearance, so that we didn’t have to wait and wonder during a 4 hour appointment slot. He diagnosed and rectified the problem quickly. He made some suggestions for maintaining our 10 year old system that were both coming up and proactive. He explained everything thoroughly and well, patiently educating me on what each part needs to do. I am now considering his intelligent proposals including whether it’s time to install a new system. I commend Ryan G for his patience with all my concerns, his professionalism, his depth of knowledge and consideration. Best of all, no service charge for this visit as it was part of our maintenance. Princeton Air did right by us today.

Today I had my maintenance appointment with Princeton air JORGE, the tech was fine. He did a very good job was thorough and neat and honest however he had no filters to replace in my system because the company said they’re gonna wait to order them till the beginning of next month therefore he has to come back and replace filters. Can somebody explain to me the rationale? Why would you want your technician to have to come out a second time to do something?

Very professional and thorough new HVAC system installation by Sam Awan and team. Arrived on time, ensured we had our heat back on a cold day and patiently answered all our questions.
Responsive and efficient communication by the Office Sales Manager Pat McCarthy and Installation Manager Paul Pletchon to sort out the confusion at the start of the job between sales rep specs and installer requirements. -
Princeton air and their service rep Jermaine came same day to fix a leak I had in one of my closets Jermaine found the leak told me what needed to be done gave me the pricing and scheduled me immediately for the next day. He fixed the leak addressed any issues or questions I had and I’m very pleased with the job thank you to him and Princeton air

My Heater stopped working again after the previous repair (replacement of the mother board). I called Princeton Air again and this time they sent out a technician the same day to look at it since I had just had a repair. The technician that came out was Ryan G. He did a fantastic job patiently looking at the issue and figuring out the root cause. Sure enough, his diagnosis was right and he then went on to fix the issue. He was professional, patient and pleasant. Very helpful technician. Great job, Ryan! Thank you.

We had an issue with our unit yesterday. The technician was able to come out and looked at the unit. He told us the unit was frozen but told us the only way to unfreeze it was to let mother nature thaw it. We were charged the emergency fee and diagnostic fee. Total of more than 400 dollars. Our tech was Dominic. He was a nice guy but didn't actually do anything. We got a second company who came back and actually unthawed the unit. I have no idea what Princeton Air charged me for. Literally nothing was done. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Having a problem with our downstairs furnace for quite a while. Dominic came out today and analyzed problem with furnace and offered repair options as well as us having a replacement option as well. As furnace was a little over 10 years old we decided to go forward with a replacement model as the cost of repairs would not guarantee unit would work at 100%. Dominic was very polite and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to have him out and an asset for Princeton Air.

Princeton Air recently installed a new HVAC system in my home, and overall I had a very positive experience. They were able to schedule the installation for the very next day, which was a huge help, and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received.
The installation team worked efficiently and the system has been running great so far. The only issue was that the flue pipe wasn’t replaced during the initial installation. When I brought it to their attention, they responded quickly and came back the next day to change it without any hassle.
I appreciate their prompt service, fair pricing, and willingness to make things right. I would recommend Princeton Air and would use them again in the future. -
Working with Princeton Air was a smooth experience. Christian Errico was knowledgeable, patient, and clear throughout the sales process. When a temporary fix didn't hold and our furnace failed on a freezing evening, Christian personally brought space heaters to get us through the night, which really stood out. The installation team was professional, on time, and left everything clean - overall a very positive experience.

Dennis was very courteous & polite.
5 stars for him!
Unfortunately, no physical repair was performed just a diagnosis of the system ($250+) & I was told to purchase filters for the follow up visit.
I’d expect filters to be part of the service, especially as a member paying annual fees.
