I purchased a brand new Frigidaire range that would not turn on. My service guy was Angelo and he was wonderful and was able to fix the problem. Shortly after he left, the burners would not go on again. Angelo came back a second time to check the range again. Turns out that the burners will not turn on unless it detects a pan on the oven. But the fact he came back a 2nd time was much appreciated. Angelo was a huge help and was very nice as well.

A&D Appliance was dispatched by Frigidaire to check out our refrigerator, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. We were able to secure a next-day appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. Their field technician, Nathan, arrived promptly and was both professional and highly informative. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and arranged a follow-up visit to ensure everything would be addressed properly.
The entire experience—from scheduling to the technician's visit—was smooth, efficient, and handled with a high level of professionalism. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would "highly recommend A&D Appliance" to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Customer service rep over the phone was amazing. She was attentive and resolved the issue I was having Frigidaire. She was able to get me an appointment with in 24 hours. The service Tech that came to our home was also fantastic.
