Electrical reviews in Prospect Park, New Jersey

They installed a Tesla wall changer in my garage. Their quote was less than the rest, they were proactive and did a great job with the installation. They went the extra mile to install things how I wanted them to. Would definitely recommend!

Update:
These guys wound up reaching out to make good on the experience. Light issue was already taken care of, so they actually refunded my payment as they wanted to do right for the customer.

Had a ceiling light go out. In-line came out on short notice, which I was appreciative of. But these guys came in, tested the wire, said it was live, and then left after 5 minutes without bothering to if the connected light would actually work. Even after telling these guys my issue was not resolved, it was crickets. Had to have someone else come in, figure out what the real problem was, and replace the dimmer to get the light working. Only follow up I got from these guys was wanting $175 payment for the 5 minute visit that didn't solve the issue. I'm avoiding these guys for all future electrical work if I can.

The owner was very responsive via Text messages and the work done by his men was spot on. The two technicians that came installed the wiring in such a way that I had minimum visible affect for my electric vehicle external charging station. They were professional, worked till the job was done, and cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated.

In-Line Electric was great to work with, they were very professional. The response on email was timely and detailed, explaining what considerations we needed to think through prior to install. The team arrived on time and completed the job to our expectation.

We would highly recommend In-Line Electrical for all EV installations or any electrical needs. The installers were extremely professional, on-time and clean. They did not cut any unnecessary holes on our basement ceiling and were very patient in snaking the wire from our electrical panel to the garage. We were very impressed! Thank you In-Line Electrical!

I've worked with a bunch of Tesla electricians in the NY Metro area and these guys are by far the best. They both know the most about the Tesla setups and are incredibly customer friendly. They came out to make an addition to my charging system on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Highly recommend.

Recommended by Tesla, I hired them to install a Tesla charger and a full day of other electrical work. They were extremely knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. They performed work above and beyond my expectations and it was a pleasure having them at my house. Giorgio and his team are good people and I highly recommend them.

Inline Electric installed a Tesla car charger. The job was a little difficult as my basement is finished and they had to go the length of the house to install the line in the garage. They did a great job and was able to snake the line without cutting holes in the ceiling. The did a clean job. I also got a couple quotes and they were the most reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

In-line electric was fantastic to work with! Giorgio was very responsive and easy to reach and the guys set up our new generator quickly and efficiently with no issues. I would highly recommend them for any and all electrical services. They are dependable, honest, and reliable!

I was extremely pleased with this service. Giorgio responded immediately to my inquiry. The price quoted to me was half of the other estimate I had received. The electricians came within a week and installed my car charger quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend, would definitely use them again!!

This company was recommended to me by Tesla to install a Tesla wall charger.

They installed it, charged me for a permit, and never actually got a permit from my town. I reached out to them and they've been anything but helpful. Thanks to this company I have a code violation, court summons and will certainly have court fees as well.

Found on Tesla website as a preferred contractor. Had them install a 14-50 outlet on the outside of my garage and upgrade my panel. All done in one day with no issues. Even brought a small generator and ran an extension cord into the living room so we would stay charged and on wifi. All very professional.

I recently reached out to two companies for a quote, and my experience with In-Line was nothing short of outstanding. While the first company provided a vague quote over text and refused to commit to a specific number, In-Line delivered a highly detailed and professional quote via email that left me with no lingering questions or concerns.

What truly sets In-Line apart is their exceptional communication and work ethic, which mirror the professionalism displayed in their estimate. The attention to detail in their quote reflects their commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

I am genuinely impressed with In-Line and look forward to working with them in the future. If you value clarity, professionalism, and a company that goes the extra mile to meet your needs, I wholeheartedly recommend giving In-Line a try.

I had a few estimates to install my EV charger in my garage. The electric box was in my basement so it was pretty far from the garage. Inline electric was under the other estimates and they knew exactly where to run it without making any holes in my ceiling. It works great and they did a perfect job. Highly recommend them

They came to install a Tesla outlet without me approving the work, since they were already at my property I let them perform the installation. They installed the charger without the permit, when I questioned the owner regarding the Permit, I was told for the price I was charged it didn't include the permit and I will have to take care of it myself.

The other contractor quote me a lower price that include the permit and the EV rebate. Now, I am left with an installation that was not approved by my town and I have to resolve it!

In-Line Electrical did two EV charger station installations for me in northern NJ in October 2021. The service, responsiveness, timeliness, the quality of the work and the crew they sent were all excellent. The electricians were very professional, nice and great communicators with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend In-Line for EV charging station installations and other electrical work. I'd definitely use them again next time I need any electrical work done.

Jeff and his team did a great job. The In-Line Electrical Contractors installed an additional electrically panel and a Tesla charging kit. The work was done on time, on budget and the team cleaned up before the left my home. 100% Satisfied customer. We will definitely use them again.-Ed

The company is great! From the responsiveness to the work ethic and willingness to help. The electrician Javier was amazing, nice guy, works neat, and on time! And the manager/ owner I guess who set up the whole thing was great as well, and was able to work around my schedule and I got exactly what we spoke about prior to install.
All in all I would for sure recommend this company. And will do business with them again if need be.

I got my EV charger installed by them and asked for the permit paperwork as well. Mr Giorgio said before he will get that done for me. Now whenever I call/text/email him he doesn’t pick up and now blocked me. Unbelievable experience. Go somewhere else. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Worked with Jeff and his team on getting a tesla charger installed. They were really responsive and got the job done well and a good price. On the day of the installation, the tech was delayed by 2.5 hours but they kept me updated. Would definitely use them again.

Franklin connected my charger quickly and professionally. He and the owner (Georgia?) of in line were very easy to work with. I was given a very fair price and am very happy with my decision to hire this company.
