Home Builder reviews in Rahway, New Jersey

They can't read a tape measure

Someone from this company did a plumbing job for my mom and left a PIPE exposed and uncapped. After a few months my mom had a leak from this uncapped pipe multiple times. I showed pictures of this plumbing job to an ACTUAL construction/plumbing company and they couldn’t believe what they saw. This ark company charged/scammed my mom $1,000 for a faulty job 👎

Coordinated a full HVAC installation with Walter. Walter is a nice guy, but this job turned into a bit of a nightmare. It took over a month to complete the installation of the system and I ended up with HVAC equipment that I am not very happy with.

I went with Ark on a recommendation. In the end I could have gone directly with an HVAC company, paid less, been done in 1 week, and have had better & quieter equipment.

Gave a good rating because the system does work and is installed properly.

Jason did a really great job cleaning out our vents. We had such a good experience working with them and it was really easy to book them and have them finish the project on our home. This company completed the work as expected. The dryer vent inspection and chimney inspection were handled professionally. During the appointment, Ryan explained the need for dryer vent cleaning and completed a small chimney repair. I also discussed mold remediation services, and their mold cleaning and mold removal process was straightforward.
