I needed three bathrooms cleaned and not only were they able to come same day but they did a remarkable job. Each bathroom was spotless and they went above abd beyond by even cleaning the caddies down as well. Will definitely use again.

I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve left a bad review, but this calls for it. We called for a move in/out deep clean for a home we just bought. It started out great! Jesse was responsive and scheduled us right away. This was for a 900sqft house plus finished basement and windows. They we’re charging us $400 which we had to pay up front. The house was vacant and the last owner had actually left it in pretty good shape, but maybe that was the issue? We came to check on the place in the evening after they cleaned and somehow it was less clean?!? I moved my hand across the kitchen countertop and it was covered in dirt and particles as if it was never wiped. The refrigerator still had goop in it (like a brown blob in the back). The bathroom had hair in the sink, tub, toilet paper holder. The floors had sneaker marks all over, basement not fully vaccinated. Someone urinated in the downstairs bathroom and didn’t flush (just unprofessional), and so on. We told Jesse and took photos and he said he would send them back to clean just those areas. Scheduling this became a pain bc we had painters coming the next day, but we ended up choosing a day and time. My husband left work to meet them at the house and they didn’t show up, saying they were still at other houses and would be there way later so we cancelled. We wanted to now be there when the cleaning happened. We attempted another reschedule, but it ended up not making sense bc we were literally already moving in. So me and my mother ended up just doing it. We called again and asked if maybe instead we could just have them do one free cleaning (like a normal maintenance cleaning) and that we could use the opportunity to make a mends and possibly hire them for bi weekly cleaning moving forward, but we were told that for our small 900sqft house plus basement it would be $320 every other week and offered a one time 15% discount. At this point we had enough and simply stopped communicating with them. We felt we had given them many chances to make it up to us and they did not. I would certainly never recommend this company to anyone. I should also mention that I’m a realtor who has used many cleaning companies in the past and this was by far my worst experience. They have such good reviews I was shocked with their performance. I think that bc the house was already clean-ish and no one was home, they just didnt care or thought we would notice. They’ve now lost us as a client for monthly cleaning and any real estate cleaning I could have used them for going forward. Very disappointed in their work and professionalism. I feel like $400 we definitely could have used righr now was just taken from us with nothing in return.

Very professional and responsive. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Everything that could (or couldn’t) be done was explained upfront with no hidden costs. The work itself was great! A tenant moved out and left the apartment extremely disgusting. I called yesterday and I had an appointment the very next day. The outcome was night and day. I could not believe it was possible to get it that clean. I would definitely recommend and I plan on using them moving forward for any future needs.

Sparkle gave us a test run and we negotated a fair price. They have been consistently high quality, on time, and reliable (something not to be taken for granted, especially at the shore). They deliver high quality cleaning, and they've given me helpful hints for the home too. They are familiar with rental turnovers and trustworthy. I definitely recommend them!
