Great experience with Michael and Mr. Electric. Michael was on time for the quote and on time for installation day. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, worked fast, and got me a reasonable quote with no surprises. I’d recommend Michael and Mr. Electric without hesitation.

Our technician was Chad, he was very nice, professional, asked questions that showed he cared about the work he was going to perform . I left him alone and when he realized the design of how my crystals in the chandelier were not done properly he asked me if he could fix it for me - no extra charge. And kept the area clean- not a trace he was even there except for the beautiful job he did.

Joe and Bobby did a wonderful job at my parents house . The service was professional , clean , timely and all communication processes were transparent. They ran into a couple of structural snags pertaining to the house during the project installation but managed to successfully complete the wiring job and installation the same day of service, Our current electrician retired last month , I feel confident I have found my next electrician in Joe and Bobby ! Used Mr Electric for an EV hookup. They were professional, punctual and fair priced. Did a clean install and everything works as expected. They even brainstormed with me to figure out how to do it far more economically than we originally thought. Highly recommend.

Luis and Hector are both skilled technicians, that is no doubt. They exceeded above and beyond expectations by arriving early, providing me with a quote, and answering each of my questions.

However, the price I was charged was unfair. Mr. Electric of Ramsey is a scam, inflated prices with no regard for its customers. Simply opening a wall outlet costed me $800. There is no basis for this transaction, and in the end nothing was fixed since the issue still resurfaced. The technicians are good, the company however is built to rob the customers. A simple YouTube guide could’ve saved me $800. They lied through their teeth when they promised that it was “free consultation” and at no cost to me, thanks again for nothing. Next time don’t lie to your customers and say it’s free when they ask well over 5 times if there is any cost to them.

You get what you pay for and this is the 2nd time I’ve used Mr.Electric. My technician is amazing and is why I specifically asked for him (Joseph A) when I needed service again. It’s rare to find people who take time and go above and beyond. He answered questions and explained options without pressure. He understood my concerns and I felt like more than just another customer.

Yes we always want to cheap out a little but don’t cheap out on electric. This company will continue to have my business due to the quality of Joe’s work and his personality. Can’t put a price on piece of mind and I don’t recommend skimping on services that could save your life.

Quick response from joe. Texted me the day he got my message and let me know he’s available to meet my electrical repairs. Text him back and he made sure he called back next day. He came promptly and professionally. Was very knowledgeable and reviewed the work needed and made additional recommendations. Gave me the me quote via email on the spot. Got his guys working immediately and they have been very good. Would use joe and his company again. His price was very very competitive and lower than others. Definitely recommend very highly.

We had a faulty outlet and a concerning electrical hum in the same room. I was connected to Mr. Electric of Ramsey through Angi, and their technician Michael came out the next day to check it out. He was very thorough, figured out the issue that was causing both problems, and gave me a fair quote for the work. They fit me into the schedule the very next day, and Michael (and Chad, who helped out at the beginning) were very professional, explained everything to me, and, most importantly, solved the problem. From start to finish, working with Mr. Electric was great.

Great service. Joe had to think out of the box to get my ceiling ran installed safely. He was punctual arriving for the estimate and job. Cleaned up nicely including swiffering. Pricing was slightly better than other services.

Michael and Chad came to do our 240 volt EV install. They were very professional, timely and provided a competitive quote. After contacting multiple electricians in the area, Mr Electric was clearly the most professional and easiest to connect with. Everything you need is online. I highly endorse Mr Electric and specifically Michael for EV installs or anything else electric.

I contacted Mr. Electric and was extremely happy with the service I received from the initial call with Vincent to the great experience with the workers sent (Joe and Nicholas). They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and neat! (They put a door mat down, covered their work shoes when they came inside which made me happy as other contractors have left me with dirty floors to clean) I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. This is the 2nd time I have used Mr Electric and I have been very pleased with the service. Both times availability has been excellent and the 2nd time they were even able to start the project the same day. They come with booties on their shoes and always clean up very well. Michael who completed my 2nd job was excellent. He explained everything and advised me with all my questions . He always wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied .
I have used numerous electricians throughout the years but I am putting Mr electric down as my Go-To electrician. It’s worth it to sign up for the membership as It makes the pricing very reasonable. I also like the detail itemized quote/ bill so you can exactly see what each item will cost. Overall very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

I called 10 electricians, and Mr Electric was the only one where a person picked up. Their electrician Dave came to my house, was very friendly to my entire family. He explained the entire process and quoted me before he began work. The work was high quality and didn’t take long. Mr Electric is the only electricians we will be using from now on. Great service by Joe and company!!!

During the first winter in our new home, the lower level of my concrete base house was really, really cold and we weren't sure whom we could have here to address the issue. After doing some research and consulting with a third party expert, their recommendation was to have baseboard heaters installed where we needed it. The reasoning being it was the most economical for the 300 sq ft of space we needed it in. At the end of the day, our concern with this option was that, although it was economical in the short-term, we weren't so sure that was the case in the long-term.

After doing some more research, we decided to put in a request on Angi for a new baseboard heating project. Immediately Joe called me and, voila, a free consultation was scheduled just like that! I explained to him our needs and we made an appointment asap. On the day he arrived at our home he was very, very professional throughout. Since our floors were fairly clean, we requested that he place booties on his boots and he had no issues with that what so ever. In addition, if you have any pandemic-related concerns, he also wore a mask in our home prior to stepping indoors.

Within 20 minutes, he assessed our heating needs, explained the best options for us (hydronic baseboard heater), described in detail what work would need to be done and where the heaters would be installed. In addition, he answered EVERY question we had to our satisfaction. Within hours of leaving our home, he provided a detailed estimate, via email, of what the cost breakdown for every piece of work required for the job would be!

After we did our due diligence on the estimate and detailed breakdown and had some back and forth Q & A with Joe, we knew Joe's was definitely the most reasonable quote --- by far! In addition, his patience throughout our communications was amazing as we asked question after question after question and he answered them, promptly, with the utmost detail!

On the day of the work, Joe and one of his partners, Mark, arrived right on time for the installation. Since it was quite a labor intensive project, it was estimated to be 6 hours and Joe's estimated completion time was SPOT ON! As with the consultation, both Joe and Mark were super professional throughout and we let them be as they did their thing. Mark ended up completing the job at the end and explained to us the ins and outs of our new hydronic baseboard heaters, how to work the thermostats we bought and he also cleaned up and vacuumed the area.

It has now been 2 weeks since the installation and the heaters work perfectly! When the heaters are on, our entire lower level is warm and toasty and we couldn't be happier with their performance. Also, we love the clean look of the heaters and they blend right into our walls.

Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the service of Mr. Electric of Ramsey. Everything worked out perfectly....AND at a reasonable cost! There is no doubt in my mind that many companies can install an electric heater, but I'm not sure how many will be as professional, efficient, spot on with estimates and reasonably priced as Mr. Electric of Ramsey.

Do I need to say more? If you have ANY electric or heating needs, definitely go with Joe and company! You will not regret it!!!

I have had multiple projects complete by MR Electric. Doesn’t matter if is an emergency or a project. Always there sameday or next day. They knock out the work and clean up like they were never there. Joe and Vince are great to work with. They always find solutions to the problem.
