There’s power washing companies and then there’s Patricio. From start to finish, he was extremely professional. Obtaining a quote was easy and fast. After getting a quote, scheduling the service was straightforward and quick and the job was done professionally. He is very attentive to detail and even made sure our neighbors wouldn’t be disturbed. I will definitely be using them again.

Alvarez power washing is hands down the best power washing crew I have ever encountered. Wow what a difference from green algae and moss growing and covering the side of my house to a bright clean house. I had my house done a few years back in the summer of 2018 and it is still as clean as the day it was done. This company takes pride in the work they do and want you to be completely satisfied. We were looking to get our house power washed. We were especially interested in getting the gutters and soffits cleaned. Alvarez Power Washing came highly recommended. The owner came over to give us a quote. We had gotten other quotes as well. We felt his prices were competitive and fairly. He was extremely professional. He did a great job and was able to get our gutters and soffits clean and white (which was not easy, since they had never been cleaned before). Alvarez power washing crew did a very good job on the entire exterior of the house which included the deck, fences, walkway and stairs. The result has totally brightened the house and cleaned all surface dirt outside. Our deck looks brand new. They were very meticulous on their work, concentrated on the difficult areas with good results. We are happy with the results and I would recommend them.

I found Patricio by pure luck as I drove past a neighbors house he was working on. I called him and he was very responsive in providing a free quote. In speaking with him I knew he was the right choice to clean my house, fence and roof based on his professionalism and experience.
