Excellent home inspector, usually arrives early to his appointments in order to better see the property and really understand the condition of the property. Very knowledgeable about his profession and explains very thorough to my clients in regards to the condition of the house.

I literally called him spoke to him he explained the type of test he does I asked for an email estimate and he flat out goes “NO” I’m like no? He replied NO and hangs up, lol I’m not saying nothing bad just not my type of professionalism

Adam showed up 10 minutes early. He was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable within his field. He even managed to save us over $100.00 because after speaking with him we learned that he also does termite inspections as well, so we had him come back to do that and cancelled our MUCH more expensive company that was supposed to come. Don't hesitate to use this company for both your water inspection needs and your termite inspection needs, you will not be disappointed.
