Unfortunately, the experience with MaidPro declined significantly after the change in ownership.
The regular cleaner had left the company, which was not communicated in advance. The assigned cleaner for each visit is only disclosed one day before the scheduled service, and once it became clear that a new cleaner, who would not have had access to the home would be coming, service for the next day was canceled. This was discussed in a legitimate and reasonable conversation.
Despite this, a cancellation fee was still charged. This was disappointing, especially considering the change originated on the company’s end, not the customer’s. The decision to charge the fee after the explanation ultimately led to cutting business ties with MaidPro.
It’s unfortunate, as there was a genuine desire to continue using the service. However, since the ownership change, customer satisfaction appears to have declined as well.

The cleaners they have sent were all very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making the house sparkle. The floors are shiny and spotless, the stove and microwave are like new, the bathroom looks wonderful. It is truly a blessing to have them come and help.

Maidpro has been amazing and I can happily say that they employ multiple amazing employees who always deliver results. My home shines and most of all they give my wife and I a great amount of peace of mind. They are quick efficient, and understand if you have to work while they work.
