I can’t say enough good things about Jaz Cleaning Services! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They went above and beyond what I expected—taking care of little extras I didn’t even think to ask for. This office has never looked (or smelled!) this fresh and sparkling.

The team was professional, on time, and detail-oriented. Every corner was spotless, and it really showed that they take pride in their work. I’ve used other cleaners before, but Jaz Cleaning Services stands out because of the care and attention they give.

If you’re looking for reliable cleaning with those thoughtful finishing touches, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

I have an old colonial home with upper gutters that my 24 foot ladder cannot reach and a problem with squirrels trying to punch through my aluminum siding to nest in the attic walls during the winter. Dave and Dave not only did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning out all the gutters, but they were also able to diagnose my squirrel problem and tell me exactly how to patch up the weak entry point in my siding and squirrel proof the inside of my walls. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

We've been using Dave at Affordable Gutters for many years. He is professional, relable, and a great value. Dave noticed some missing roof shingles while doing a roof inspection as part of his usual gutter cleaning services and came back in a timely manner to do the repairs. I'm so thankful he caught this before we had a leak!

I’m happy I chose this company to clean my gutters. Since they weren’t cleaned for several years they were very dirty. The gutters were first blown of leaves then flushed clean with water. I also had 5 downspouts replaced. The old ones were about 23 years old and looked pretty beat up. They did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased with their work.

Happened to pass this company at an apartment complex in lodi. Watch the crew blow off the cars parked on the street as well as clean the sidewalk very nicely. They did a good job. Just wanted to acknowledge the good work I saw!

They put in 10 trees and I was advised by them to install a drip system which cost $1200. Several trees died and then the replacement trees died. They removed a dead tree and left a hole. They refused to replace both the dead tree and the one where they left a hole. They then sent me a lawyers letter trying to collect DOUBLE the amount of what I owed. I asked to have the trees replaced and they refused. Shame on you Billy V’s! I would NOT reccomend this business!

Beyond happy with their services! Billy Vs team is always professional, hard working and their services are top notch! Highly recommend this company! They also plant GORGEOUS flowers, plants and palm trees every season and my house looks like a resort like I’m on vacation I love it. My house always looks the best and I have the greenest grass on the block. People always give me compliments. Billy V is the best of the best! Give them a call you won’t regret it
