Paving Contractor reviews in Ridgefield, New Jersey

Hands-down, the best decision we made was to work with Fil!!

Job Consisted Of: Deck Removal, Retaining Walls Installation, Drainage, Paver Patio, Pool Coping, Steps and Walkways.

Fil and his team at Balitano construction are phenomenal. From day #1 the communication was exceptional. The team was patient with us and met us at the supply store and walked us through all of our available options. I bring this up because many contractors will supply you with a pamphlet with minimal options, designs and colors to choose from. That was definitely not the case with Fil and his team. They took the time to meet my wife and I at the supply store and walk us through all of the available options to us. Fil himself was routinely at the job site checking in and monitoring the job and holding his brand accountable.

I would also like to raise another topic in this review. As with many jobs, sometimes there are unexpected things that may occur. I had chosen Cambridge pavers for my pool patio. Due to nobody's fault, unfortunately when the pavers arrived, some of them had slight defects. Fil responded to the job site and agreed, and was immediately in contact with his representative from Cambridge. Within the week, two representatives from their warranty team were on site and immediately rectified the matter. I bring this up to the reader here, because this is where a great company separates themselves from the others. When things go wrong, how does a company respond?

Balitano construction proved to me that they take quality customer service extremely serious and I fully recommend them.

Respectfully,
A very happy customer from Washington Township, Bergen County NJ.

This team is amazing, from start to finish the job site was clean and well maintained. We couldn’t be happier with our finished product.

Highly recommended. Exceptional attention to details and quality of materials. You can count on Fil & his crew to execute a perfect job from start to finish. Pricing is also very competitive. These guys are professionals & you will get a high quality product at the end & completed in a timely fashion.

We had pavers installed in our backyard and it came out gorgeous!! Love how it came out and excited to show it off to family and friends! Definitely recommend them. The owner and everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very professional!

Balitano was amazing with all of our work! They are very neat, professional, always on time and communicates very well with anything about the job. Would highly recommend!

Fil and his crew are wonderful to work with.
Not only are they professional and fare, but their work is extremely thought out and amazing.
Would recommend them 100%.

Balitano exceeded my expectations with their expertise, quality, and communication. I highly recommend this company and am looking forward to using them for future projects!

We would highly recommend Balitano Contracting Company. We have done several projects with them and are very satisfied with the high quality work that they provide.
First, a couple of years ago, we did a total excavation of our front yard (tiered property which consisted of four levels) and had all the wood pilings and mature shrubs/hedges removed. This was a very difficult job due to the sloped landscaping and narrow street. Fil (the owner) did not hesitate to take on this project and gave us terrific ideas on how to structure the retaining walls and landscape design. Balitano Contracting Company built three levels of retaining walls using beautiful garden blocks. Second, the retaining walls turned out so beautiful, we then decided to extend our project to replace a portion of the front steps with the same garden blocks, and finish off with full replacement of the front concrete patio with pavers. Fil assured us that this project would be started and completed within a certain time frame and it was completed right on schedule.
Again, just this past week, Balitano Contracting Company, replaced our two-car asphalt driveway with pavers. Once again, the job was started and completed in a timely manner and beautiful end result! We are very happy!
Fil (the owner) is wonderful and very professional. He provided us with various ideas to give us the best quality job within our budget and was very attentive to our questions and concerns. The entire construction crew is amazing, including Sammy (the foreman), They are really hard workers and detail oriented, measuring and double checking to make sure there are no imperfections. They were always respectful of the job site and cleaned areas before leaving every day. We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors and passersby inquiring on who did the work because it is top notch!!!
I look forward to using Balitano Contracting Company again for our backyard projects!

Thanks! Jean & Gus (Ridgefield, NJ)

I’ve now worked with Baltino contractors for both of my homes. I’ve done substantial amounts of work, from my backyard to repointing my entire home to even the smaller intricate details of work. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail is impeccable, and the level of ownership hands-on service is extremely rare to come by. Thank you for everything.- Armin Radoncic

Top notch work, quality craftsmanship. No corners cut, attentional to detail second to none. Extremely thorough and neat from start to finish. Have had multiple jobs done each one was perfect, and done right the first time.

We highly recommend Balitano for your next project. The team created the stone veneer planters around our pond and it is absolute perfection! Fil is hands on and kept us apprised of the project every step of the way, and his guys were clean and precise with everything they did. We are so happy with the final product!

Balitano did a great job on our backyard pavers. They came up with great layouts and and different options to choose from. They were neat, timely and the work was impeccable.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Balitano for a complete landscape and hardscape overhaul and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From starts of finish, they delivered an exceptional experience that went beyond my expectations..

About 5 years ago, I paved half of my backyard using another mason company. Unfortunately, some of my pavers started to become loose and shift. Balitano to the rescue! Fil and his wonderful staff came and cemented my loose pavers at a very reasonable price. The work was done with precision and accuracy. I highly recommend anyone who needs backyard work done to use Balitano construction. The BEST in Bergen County.

Fil and team were top notch on every part of the job. From the initial design to the end of the job they were meticulous in everything they did. Utilizing their expertise, they transformed a nice size backyard into a paradise oasis. Not only did they do what we asked, they also fixed issues from a previous job gone wrong because they are professionals! My family and I were able to enjoy the paradise that Balitano built in a short amount of time. Fil managed his crews to perfection and was in and out in the time he told us. I would highly recommend Balitano and will use them again for future projects.

Balitano Contracting is very detail oriented and they took care of all my requests in a timely manner. They worked around my busy schedule to come and help with my landscaping and provided all kinds of options I could choose from. Any contracting work I need would always go through Balitano!
