My mom lives 50 miles from me and was having problems with her refrigerator. I randomly chose Mr. Appliance from a Google search based on previous reviews. I cannot praise them enough. Their promptness in getting an appointment to the prompt and courtesy of Craig, the installer, can't be beat. Thank you so much for the great service.

Chris was FANTASTIC ! He went so far out of his way to help me get my refrigerator up and running asap …. He went and got a part that he needed to fix it and I was SOO thankful to him for going the extra extra mile !

They came out to repair my dishwasher- fixed one part (pump) but failed to mention multiple other issues (leak in pipe that was noted in notes but never told to us, motor needing replacement- within 3 weeks of this first service call) and then dumped dirty dishwasher water all over our kitchen steps that required power washing to get off.- the owners apologized for the dishwater and soap when we sent photos. When I called back three weeks later to speak with owner about new issues that had not been addressed and asked for a call back, I never heard back and was told I would be charged if they came out for a new issue. Never using them again

It was a pleasant and easy experience booking the appt. The technician was knowledgeable about the issue and solved it professionally. My only disappointment was that I requested that the technician come as early as possible both times but he came at the very end of the appt window.

I’m really happy with their service! They did a great job fixing my dryer, and it’s been running perfectly since. I also appreciated how they took the time to explain my options and make sure I was comfortable with everything. Overall, a great experience!

STAY AWAY Terrible company total rip off dont fix anything they come out for just try to sell you on other things you dont need

Pawel was very knowledgeable and competent at removing and changing the LED lights on our Jenn-Air refrigerator. He was able to troubleshoot and have the appliance working pretty quickly. Very respectful and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again for any appliance service in the future.

After poor customer service and long wait times for repairs with a DIFFERENT repair company, I am thrilled with the quick response with Mr. Appliance. They fixed my oven next day and if you need any kind of customer service, you can easily get a REAL person on the phone.
