After noticing a burning lint smell while I was using the dryer, I was very nervous. I called Dryer Vent Works and booked a visit right away. The technician arrived at our home in Ridgewood and checked the vent line carefully. He explained that a lot of lint had been trapped inside for a long time. After the dryer vent cleaning was finished, he showed me how much lint came out, and it was honestly surprising. The smell is gone now, and the dryer runs much more smoothly. I feel much better knowing the vent is clear.

Their Persian rug cleaning service is outstanding. I had a delicate silk rug that needed deep cleaning, and I was honestly nervous. They reassured me by explaining how their process is designed for different materials like silk and wool. The pickup was smooth, and the rug was returned within the promised timeframe. The colors now look much more vibrant, and the texture feels softer than before.

The Moroccan rug cleaning service was excellent. My rug had become dull and flattened from constant use. After the factory cleaning the texture looked fluffy again and the patterns were much brighter.

I just wanted to use this moment and thank the guys from Ridgewood Carpet Cleaning for doing such a great job at cleaning our antique carpets.
