Setting up the appointment was pretty easy, they got back to me fast and the pricing was straightforward. The team showed up on time and just kind of dove in without a lot of chit chat which I appreciated. They were pretty systematic going room to room, and the bathrooms got the most attention which is exactly what we needed - those had been neglected for a while. A friend over in Ridgewood had used Mikos before and told us to give them a try. Glad we listened. The whole house just smelled cleaner when they were done and I noticed surfaces I'd been walking past for months actually looked different.
