We have had multiple problems with older unit over the past few years (installed by a different provider) and Ultimate Aire has always been quick to respond and solve the issue, giving recommendations on the most cost-effective fix, taking into account safety considerations. Before we found Ultimate Aire, we had several other providers who couldn't get to the bottom of things. With Ultimate Aire, I'm confident the job will be done correctly. The techs and office staff are all incredibly professional, responsive, willing to answer questions and respectful.

Jeff and staff really did an outstanding job replacing my old 3 ton Carrier Air conditioning system with new (Compressor / Coil / Electrical Line). Our old Carrier heating and air conditioning units were 29 years old and when our heating system completely malfunctioned in early February of this year. I mistakenly contracted one of Ultimate Air's competitors (supposedly higher rated - but that had to be fraudulently produced) who did a sloppy though adequate job of putting in my new Carrier heating system but who removed the electrical line without replacing it for my air conditioning system. When I called that company they told me I needed to buy a new air conditioning unit or they could send me a technician to evaluate my system for $139. I had no choice - the technician ripped out all my existing wires, reconnected them in a reconnected hanging wire mess for my still working new heating system and claimed my air conditioning compressor had failed. I brought in a salesman from that horrible company to sell me a new unit just because I used them previously. Even though I knew my old air conditioning system really was working I decided just due to it's age to buy a new system compatible with my new heating system (whose connecting wires were just left in a shambled mess) after the other companies "expert" service technician left my wires barely connected at the side of the blower. Luckily, I finally got smart and then turned / contracted Ultimate Air who brought a new system, determined that my old system had the electrical line to the air conditioning unit removed and then proceeded methodically, neatly, and really expertly to install my new electrical line, put in the new air conditioning coil, install new connecting ductwork, neatly grouped my electrical wires, properly placed the new compressor on a leveled pad with new gravel around the unit's base, remove all old materials and ensured everything was properly working prior to leaving my house. Jeff also brings a licensed electrician to evaluate and change as needed any electrical issues a that may be associated with new units his firm installs to ensure they meet all Town / State codes during his installation. Jeff is an outstanding owner who actually still does installation work and at the same time coordinates and directs his well trained hand picked staff. I give Ultimate Air my highest recommendation If you need a Carrier or other high quality heating / air conditioning ventilation system just call Ultimate Aire Systems. You will have no regrets. Ultimate Aire installed Carrier infinity heat pump, air handler, ducts, returns and thermostat in my son's house on 7/11-7/12/2022. Everything worked. Staff of installers were great. Owner Jeff and Roseanne are excellent to work with. Quality workmanship. Used them for years and would not use another HVAC company. Highly recommend them!!!
