Joe and His sons are great to work with. Joe takes my calls or text anytime. I recently had an issue at my house and he moved some things around to come the very next day for me He is very efficient and knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest and reasonably priced. I run the residential division for a big roofing and siding company, and I know a lot of different type of contractors. I can tell the exceptional ones from the average ones. Joe is definitely exceptional. If you have any Plumbing needs please use him.

I have used Reliance Plumbing for over 25 years. They are reliable, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Any problems that I have encountered they were over immediately and fixed the problem.

We were using another plumber for years yet still having the same problem with heat not working every fall. Joe came and spent hours here looking for the source of the problem instead of just a bandaid and has completely fixed the root cause of our issue, which no one could find or would take the time to figure out for us. On top of that he has great response times, very professional and very personable. Highly recommend!!!!!

Joe and his son Joe were very professional and honest. They came same day when we called about a majorly leaking pipe. They got right to work and immediately found the problem (actually 2 problems!) They worked quickly and efficiently and were super informative and friendly all around. Highly recommended!!

Joe installed 2 hot water heaters for us about 4 years ago with no issue. We called him subsequently to replace a toilet, he promised to come, and then "ghosted" us. We recently had a problem with the hot water heater he installed (he used a hose instead of a pipe and the hose started leaking), we did get him on the phone, he asked for pictures which we provided, and then there was no communication whatsoever. He did not respond to multiple texts or calls over the period of a month. If a business owner is not interested in taking on a job, that's fine. Just say so! But he did not stand by his (substantial) work, either. We had to hire a different plumber at significant expense to fix the leak. That plumber said the hose should never have been used for this installation.

We have always had an Excellent experience with Joe and Reliance Plumbing and Heating! Joe is very professional, responsive and attentive to detail. He is not looking to create unnecessary work! He has come to analyze problems at our building and made cost effective recommendations to solve any problems we have had. Very nice person to deal with as well! Thanks Joe!

Heat stop working in the middle of the night, called them in the morning and they came in promptly that afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty piece. Polite, quick, reasonably priced, what more do you want?

Edit: Three years later, I called Joe again for another emergency. Hot water tank leaked all over the basement. He came within 10 minutes, gave me an estimate and told me he would be there the next morning. They came promptly in the morning, finished the repair within a few hours, and cleaned up after themselves. New hot water tank works perfectly. I will continue to use Reliance for all my plumbing and heating issues.

Joe and his team came same day to diagnose two rooms that were super hot despite thermostat being off. Figured it out right away and replaced the broken valves. Thank you guys.
