I called to have service on my central air unit. This company needs to add two simple questions to their phone call when booking a service. Next time ask what kind of unit and if it's still under warranty. Be honest and upfront next time so you don't waste customers time and hard earned money. Completely understood having to pay $175 for a diagnostic service and was willing to pay that under the assumption that they could continue with fixing my unit. However, my unit was under warranty. I was told they could not continue to work on my unit if I was going to go through the warranty because they had no account with that particular company. How would I have known that?! Yes, it would make sense for me to have it fixed under the warranty. Why would I choose not to do that. Waited all day in an 87 degree house for them to tell me this! Technician was here for all of half an hour. I didn't have a choice to not go with them so pretty much wasted my $175. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. Called office to comment on why I wasn't explained this ahead of time only to get poor customer service. If you knew you couldn't provide a service on a certain unit under warranty, why wasn't I made aware of that? And then company still has the nerve to charge me knowing this. Any good quality business, if they wanted to keep customers, would rightfully make it right. Waste of time and money!

Norman Sheet Metal installed our system 19 years ago and continues to provide great service, whether for routine maintenance or the occasional glitch.

Not to take a shot a the one poor reviewer, but if their system was under warranty, that info should have been offered up to the contractor when the services were requested.The issue seems to be the customer's fault, not Norman Sheet Metal

Had an emergency situation with my furnace that was discovered during regular maintenance with EAS. Thanks to Eric T., who was a lifesaver in identifying the problem and working with the EAS team to secure a replacement furnace on short notice. The price quote was reasonable, and Hunter R., the installer, was superb with his installation work. The job was completed in a timely manner, and he even made recommendations to improve the system’s airflow, despite it adding more work for him.

My confidence in the EAS team continues to be validated by the excellent work performed by their various technicians. They truly care about the quality of their finished product and the satisfaction of their customers. I’m glad they are adding a plumbing division so they can become the one‑stop shop I can rely on when the time comes.

I was very happy with the service from efficient air. They are officially my go-to HVAC pros in the North Jersey area. No hyperbole, I have not dealt with a more professional company in my 6 years working in real estate. They have professionals working in every level: receptionist, permit specialists, project managers, sales, technicians and the owner. I dealt with all for a project I was working on (installation of central AC for a 1,000 SF space and a mini split for a 500 SF space). Each step of the way they were thoughtful, considerate and showed their expertise. They ended up waiting on for me for around 5 months to start the job as I was waiting for town approvals, but they routinely checked in with me, and when it was time to do the work, they were in and out in a matter of weeks. Very impressive and they deserve all the praise and business they get! Thanks everyone at Efficient Air.

I had my 25-year-old residential HVAC system replaced. Matt did a thorough job of analyzing my existing infrastructure, ultimately finding that the existing ductwork needed to be supplemented with an additional air return line. I appreciated that level of engineering detail. Nick and his installation team were all very competent, professional, and respectful of property. The entire job was completed on schedule in one day. I recommend Efficient Air highly.

Replaced a 25 year old system in my very old house. Chris Fauci came to see the system and gave me quotes to repair as well as multiple options to replace. We were anticipating a full replacement and went ahead with the job.
