We booked for 3 hours, they came and said since they are bringing 3 people they will only clean for 1 hour, even though no where it said that on the booking, and we booked by hour not by people. Did a terrible job, we asked multiple times for certain things to be done but they did not do, our home was basically empty, no furniture or anything, all they had to do is clean the floors and bathroom, baseboard, and kitchen, and still everything was not done. Then they came back and cussed and yelled at me for my review and sending pictures of their awful service to the company i booked them through. Unbelievable unprofessional and honest dangerous.
Just saw the owner's response. What kind of cleaning place doesn't clean the floor? Literally the floor was left dirty? We already did a ton of cleaning ahead of time, THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY AND THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, YOU DIDN'T EVEN WIPE DOWN THE BASEBOARD OR THE OVEN? What kind of cleaning service is that? There was dirt on the floor that they dragged in and didn't clean? All i did was sent the photo of their cleaning to the company i booked it through and they came back to my house an hour later cussed me out for canceling the job, which i did not do. I told them to call the number listed on the booking and they wouldn't leave and kept yelling at me. Maybe you couldn't do the cleaning properly because you left half way though, if you did stayed for the 3 hours i booked you would have finished the job, all the pictures included were taken after they left, that showed a very normal home with how dirty you would expect a family home to be.
Like i said not sure what the canceling thing was about, i literally never got any kind of refund.
