I would definitely recommend SB General for any work you need around your house. First of all, they did very professional work fixing my deck. They are expedient, friendly, and very accommodative with changes. But most all, very fair with their pricing!

His team did a great job on the wall and cleaned all debris in both my yard and my neighbor's yard, Dealing with SB General Construction was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

We could not be happier with the work SB General Construction did for us. They re-surfaced our deck (including new railings) and added a beautiful paver patio below. I also had them add rocks around our pool and stairs to get in. Sokol, the owner, is fantastic. His communication was excellent. The team is super efficient and PATIENT. I can be a pain in the butt because I want everything as close to perfect as possible. So does Sokol. Prices were affordable. I know who to call when I have another project.

Sokol and SBGC LLC were AMAZING!!! I called in for a quote literally on Thursday for a concrete slab to be done and by Saturday afternoon IT WAS DONE!!! Super fast super responsive and very well done....these guys worked fast but effectively....they did the job right....💯 price was VERY FAIR! We have entrusted our entire backyard construction to SB General Construction and we were more than pleased on how it all turned out. The project was to build an outdoor destination with around 2500 sq ft of paver installed around our swimming pool, pavered back and side porches, outdoor kitchen sink, barbecue grill enclosure, 12x24 gazebo installation and an outdoor fire place.

Sokol was very nice and easy to work with. I think we had a very good deal with his pricing as well. His guys were very pleasant, polite and hardworking. Freddie, his chief mason was very professional and very good with his hands. He has created masterpieces out of our porches, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. We were very particular with aesthetics and had asked several enhancements along the way and they were very accommodating and tried their best to keep up with our high expectations (OCD, lol). Sokol also threw in some free services like gutter cleaning and fixed the rusting of the flue pipe metal cap on the roof. They also cleaned-up after project was completed – power washed our siding walls, driveway and the entire backyard.

Overall, we are very happy with the services we received from SB General Construction! It’s a very good and trust-worthy company. We highly recommend them. 😃

Sokol and team did a great job on our deck. Right from getting permits till completion they were very professional and we are very impressed by their work.

Sokol was.l very responsive throughout the entire process of bidding on, working up the contract and advancing the deck project even when I was out of the country for a few weeks. We planned on a resurfacing of the deck, but when the boards were removed it was obvious that the joists needed to be replaced. Sokol sent detailed photos and gave me the options how to proceed. I was very comfortable with what needed to be done and I felt that his quote was fair so we proceeded to replace the entire structure. The work turned out very clean and we are very pleased with the job. I would recommend SB General Construction as I plan to use them again for future projects.
