Reviews of local pros in Roseland, New Jersey

We used JC for the renovation of 4 bathrooms in a new home we purchased. Their pricing was fair and transparent when change orders were required. The work was completed within our agreed-upon timelines. The final product is exactly what we wanted in terms of look and feel and overall quality. The crew are also good people who we enjoyed having around. They were very patient when our 2.5 year old wanted to 'help'!

JC did a great job! on my house, complete roof replacement best service.
I'll recommend this company.
competive prices, good communication skills, reliable honest

Excellent Roofing Work and Service!
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, completed the job on time, and left my property spotless. The new roof looks amazing and has already held up perfectly through heavy rain. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and honest service — truly a five-star experience!

I can’t say enough good things about JC Construction. Over the past 2–3 years, JC who is a master builder and his team have completed three bathroom demos and renovations, a full kitchen demo and reconstruction, siding replacements, a patio door installation, and a complete basement renovation in my home. With that many projects over time, I’ve seen firsthand the consistency, quality, and pride they bring to their work.

JC’s team genuinely wants to do a great job, and it shows in the details and the finished results. They are professional, respectful of your home, and communicate clearly throughout the process. JC’s estimates are very reasonable, and he always takes the time to work with you to make sure you’re getting real value for the money you’re spending, without cutting corners.

What really sets JC Construction apart is the trust they build with their clients. Over time, JC and his team have truly become like family, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. I recommend JC Construction in a heartbeat and have already signed them on for several upcoming projects. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled, and honest contractors who stand behind their work, JC Construction is an easy choice.

After hurricane Sandy and the previous two storms that left us without power, I decided that I was not going to live without power again. As an older couple, I wanted the security to know that we would have power when the next storm comes. I had called few companies for estimates. By far, Standby Energy Solutions was the most responsive. They came out and walked me through all my options and came up with a solution that fit my needs and budget. I was worried that the generator would be an eyesore on the side of my house, but their professional installation fit perfectly and it looks great. I feel so much better that when the next storm comes I won't have to worry. Thank you Standby Energy Solutions for an excellent job

We recommend JRM to all of our Real Estate clients and friends.
He is honest, very good, reasonable on price, and always responsive...

Had a leaking pressure reducer. Super quick response and very professional workmanship. Cleaned up job site at completion. Highly recommend. Disclosure: This review was not solicited by anyone nor was I compensated for this review.

Jeff has done many plumbing projects for me as well as my family and friends and he is always on point, on time and very reasonable. If you need a great plumber I wholeheartedly recommend JRM Plumbing and Heating!

WOW!!!! Jeff came the very next day, early & very ready!
He installed a new toilet & a nice new faucet in my kitchen.
Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional & great price.
THANK YOU SIR!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a car wash owner, I have depended on Jeff Maurer's services for years. Not only does he show up right away, he has always found a way to repair any problem I have had while I was still open for business. Quality and quickness is second to none.
He has also done every plumbing home project I have ever needed, big or small. I highly recommend his services. First class all the way.

Jeff did a top-notch job working on the bathroom plumbing and boiler in this historic home. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but the customer service was exceptional (he was extremely patient and carefully answered all of my questions - of which there were many). While I hope we won't need him for an emergency any time soon, I know we'll be in expert hands if one arises.

JRM has been my go-to plumbing service in both my current and prior homes. Over the years he has fully remodeled 4 1/2 baths, a kitchen and done numerous other jobs for me, including running a gas line, moving a water softener, repairing and replacing a sump pump, replacing a hot water heater, fixing a garbage disposal and many other small jobs. Jeff is always professional and courteous. When he shows up for a job he is well-prepared and gets right down to work. His pricing is fair and his estimates are spot-on. I have recommended Jeff to many of my close friends and neighbors, something I am reluctant to do with other contractors. I have gotten nothing but positive feedback from those people and most of them are now repeat clients of JRM.

Jeff has been our go-to plumber for many years. He has installed a new gas heating unit, water heater, new radiators, basement sink and faucets. He has also repaired various fixtures, such as toilets, for us. He always returns calls and arrives on schedule. His work is top notch and his pricing s very fair. We highly recommend Jeff.

JRM Plumbing has time and again provided me with prompt and professional service at a fair price. They have fixed leaky pipes, installed a new water heater and installed a new sink faucet all within the last year. Everything was done with cleanliness and care the first time. I have had a lot of work done on my home and I can't recommend many. At least I can recommend JRM! Thank you Jeff.

Jeff came highly recommended and I am very happy we worked with him. He was responsive and did a great job installing a steam unit and doing some plumbing repairs. His rates are very reasonable and the work was top notch. It is great to have such a reliable company such as JRM close by. Overall a great value and quality and I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Great work! Came quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. I will definitely call on them whenever I need HVAC repair.

Exceptional service - extremely tidy result.

Great job, excellent service. Kudos to Romeo's Air Care for a top-notch experience.

The service was excellent from start to finish, including during the booking process. The cleaning session was efficient and tidy. Great job by the team from Romeo's.

Now that the cleaning is done, I can finally see what was hidden. Let me be clear - these guys are top-notch, I'm not kidding around. They've completely transformed my space and made a huge difference in my daily life. I can honestly say they're the best I've ever used, hands down, no question.

I'm extremely satisfied with this company's work, their prices are spot on and Romeo's Air Care is now my go-to for duct cleaning.
