If I could give 0 starts I’d prefer that, this is the place with the worst customer service, 3 working and when you walk in they look at you like the worst thing ever and then they treat you like you have a problem with them, if you need something drive more and not go there, this place is disgusting with people like that, if you guys don’t want to work then stay home.

I went to buy 1 pc for the bathroom sink it took them almos 20 minutes to write a invoice while the other guy is watching fox news!!!! No customer service if you are a latino or Mexican don’t go to this business 👎👊🏼

Go here for all your plumbing supplies, they have been here for many years and always had what I needed, plus they actually know the trade unlike the big box stores. Prices are also great for the quality of service you get.

These guys go out of their way to help. There’s no reason to go to Lowe’s or the Home Depot

Went to Viking this morning for inside toilet parts and they took their time explaining EXACTLY how to replace the broken part! He was great! Went home and replaced the broken part in less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend Viking!!

I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to take the time to notify future customers about this plumbing supply store. My husband bought a plumbing part for $150+ from Viking Plumbing & Heating Supply store yesterday. Unfortunately when he got home and tried to install the part, he noticed that it was defective. He took it back to the store this morning with the receipt and was accused of damaging it himself and they refused to exchange it.

Aside from being disrespectful, he was not notified of their policy when he purchased it. In fact, the receipt says 10% restocking fee which he was not offered. Instead for an additional $80, they tried to offer him a used part with no box that someone may have returned. Needless to say, he will NEVER shop there again. If you choose to shop at Vikings Plumbing & Heating Supply, BUYER BEWARE!

I never come on to do rebuttals but my family and I have been coming to this supply company for many years and have had nothing but great experiences from people who know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I happened to be in the store when this gentleman came in to return the part that he had admitted to breaking while trying to install it. Not sure what he thought they could do for him when he brought it back broke. The men at Viking did their best to work with him but he did not want to buy a new part. This is a family run business and they do not have the capability of handing out free parts that people bring back that they break. I hope Bonna’s review does not deter anyone from patronizing this amazing supply house!

These folks are great. I sent my wife in to pick up something and she said “ Wow they were so nice”. I’ve been using Viking for all my plumbing needs . Very knowledgeable, fair prices and nice folks.

I have been coming here on and off for years since I moved to the area. These guys are honest, and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help their customers. Plus small businesses are what keeps our country going and what helped make this country. Also if you need a sump pump the pumps they sell are great! The one I bought back in 2007 is still going strong I think I got my money's worth after 16 years.

Great place! They’ve got everything. Mike is fantastic. Talked me through every step and made sure I had everything I needed to do the job right. Will come here for any plumbing needs in the future.
