Something was stuck in one of my outlets, and I couldn’t get it out. The technician came by, removed the object carefully, and tested the outlet. Everything’s working now, and I appreciate their quick, efficient service.

Faulty switches were causing issues with the lighting in my house. The technician replaced the switches and made sure everything was working properly. I haven’t had a problem with them since.

One of my receptacles wasn’t working, which was frustrating. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. Now, the receptacle works as expected, and I can use it without any issues.

I wanted to add some ambiance outside, so I called for a garden lighting installation. They did a fantastic job placing the lights and making sure everything was weatherproofed. The yard looks amazing at night now.

The worst customer service. I went in on Wed 10/12/16 and worked w/ Ray Berry to submit a list of materials for a quote. I was told I would receive an answer Thurs afternoon the next day. I never received the call. I called back @ 4pm on was told he got busy on couldn't call me back and also the vendors never replied to his request. He stayed again he would contact me back on Fri. That never opened and never received a call today Mon 10/17/16. If I wanted to ignored I could just go to Home Depot or any box store.
