Moe was fantastic -- showed up very quickly, diagnosed our dead radiators quickly, implemented a solution, waited to make sure that it worked, and gave me advice about solving the issue by myself if it recurs. All around a great experience!

Wow, we had a major leak last month and Mo arrived within an hour of us calling him and he immediately cut off our main water line. Once he did that the water issue was temporarily on hold. Then, he assessed the issue and provided a quote. Ive never met a fair and honest tradesman to this extent in my 10+ years of being a homeowner.

So happy with the final product. These guys even cleaned their work area which plumbers are usually HORRIBLE at and it’s actually the reason I haven’t used others again in the past. Mo is my new guy!

Masters Plumbing is the best, anytime I call them they are there within 24 hrs but usually the same day. They do great quality work for reasonable prices. I trust them not to take advantage of me I would definitely recommend them

I had a huge emergency that my basement was flooding really really bad. I googled plumbing service in Newark and this business came up as the first option. I immediately called and was able to grab a service within 30 minutes. As soon as the Plumber Moe came in he immediately was able to handle the situation of the basement flooding. He was definitely my savior because it could’ve been a worst situation. Hands down very professional from the phone call all the up to the service. Definitely would recommend this plumbing business 100%

Moe came out same day to replace my water heater. He did a good job. I recommend them.

We hired Master Plumbing NJ on May 23, 2025, to fix a low water pressure issue. They charged us $6,800 to “replace” a valve, but only adjusted it, and the problem was never resolved. Worse, they dug into the sidewalk without any permit or emergency notice to Veolia, which later confirmed no permit was ever filed. Veolia even inspected the site that same night and found no leaks or issues in the area worked on.

We eventually had to hire another company, William Guarini Inc., who correctly identified and fixed the issue for $13,000. We were left with an unnecessary charge and poor service from Master Plumbing NJ.

We’ve formally requested a full refund, and if we don’t hear back, we’ll be filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

We had a major water leak from our water heater tank. We called Masters Plumbing NJ and was serviced by Moe. He provided excellent services with replacing the water tank and he also provided knowledgeable information to help us maintain other appliances in the house. I'm very thankful for his services. Top notch 👍🏿

Great work! I’ve used Masters plumbing since I bought my house 6 years ago and each time I’m impressed with the timeliness, quality and value. I never have sticker shock after work is completed and that goes a long way in earning my trust as a customer. Joe came in the time slot I was given and was courteous, professional and got it done quick. I will absolutely call masters plumbing next time I have an issue.

Shady practices. Was quoted $745. Told him that was an unacceptable amount to charge for replacing a refrigerator line. He said how about $145 told him that was manageable. Serviced smh home and charged me $625.00. Then had the nerve to say he spent over $200 on the water line. Very disappointing to say the least.

The technician is lying my tenant stated he got to the resident at 11:30 and left for a minute. My phone records show that he called me at 12:11 and said he was starting and I recd text at two stating everything was completed. That’s not 4 hours. My tenant said he wasn’t there for four hours and he left not go get materials but to get the extender for his drill. This company is a rip off and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Can't be happier with the service. From Moe picking up my call at 10:30pm at night, to him arriving first thing in the morning to fix a broken water pipe, the service was great. Kept me informed throughout the process, very transparent and fair pricing. Will absolutely use Masters Plumbing again!
