I signed up for service to my front and back yard. I have motion cameras and noticed on the first service they were here for 7minutes and only did my front yard. I called the company to complain - of course you can't get your local office you have to go through their call center - and they offered to send someone out 2 days later to do the back yard. That day came and went and they did not show up. I called twice, once to complain originally and once to cancel and both times they couldn't give me any details as 'their computers are slow and not working'.
Terrible service. Would strongly recommend against anyone using this company. The call center argued with me about canceling (despite it being a pay as you go service), refused to put a supervisor on the phone and refused to refund me for the partial service I received.

This is my first year with TruGreen Lawn Service. I am very happy with the great job they are doing. My lawn looks beautiful! I had another company last year and the grass looked terrible so I stopped the service. Thank you TruGreen for the great job your doing!

Adrian does a great job and takes his time to explain things to us. I hope he continues to do our treatments. We have had your service for over a year now and maybe 3 times it wasn't Adrian and I thought of canceling the service because they seemed to spray only the center of the backyard and didn't go into fenced in pool area, where there is grass. Adrian is super thorough and covers the entire yard and explains everything well. I'm sure he is an asset to your company.

This is my 1st experience with them but as of now they have started off on a good note, Technician was courteous and introduced himself and explained what he servics he was rendering. Courteous to let the general public now that pesticide was used, sign was left in my yard, recommended service noted and provided, no pressure to be done right away but will be tending to those services in the near future, praying for a nice thick green lawn next year!!!!

My experience with Tru-Green and its specialists have all been great and the grass looking great with regular watering and cutting high. It’s what I’ve always wanted and Tru-Green and its specialists have made it happen. After each treatment a supervisor has met with me and we discussed the lawn’s appearance and suggestions

Like I ust stated, this last spray session showed that some chemical was used. The crab grass and four leaf clover is finally showing signs of dying. At first, both weeds seem to thrive when sprayed, but this time they are yellowing and in the process of dying. Much time was lost by this delay.

Mike is the best!! He’s courteous, explains what’s being done, what to expect and when he’ll be out again.

I have been using TruGreen for the last couple of years and I have noticed the different in my lawn. I would highly recommend then if you are having problems with the heath of your grass.

My yard was treated last Friday around 1 pm. The guy said he was using fertilizer and weed killer, and to keep my dog inside for 2 hours as they always say when I ask them (because they don't know or care). They're inexperienced techs every year.

My dog took a bone outside just after 10 pm (8 hours later when I lifted the dog door), and he was staggering, convulsing, and throwing up within a couple of hours from all of the chemicals he ingested!!

Plus, it was rainy that day so it makes no sense to me why they spray when it can't have time to dry especially when there's barely grass in my yard this time of year. So it's wet soil, mixed with chemicals. It was sooo scary- I canceled Tru Green. I will never use them again. They also use (2,4-D) a chemical known to cause lymphoma cancer in dogs. It is used to treat and kill weeds!! It's right on the receipt! My golden retriever is 100 pounds, but if I had a small dog the chemicals could have killed him!! Please beware!

This was my first visit and my first time using TruGreen. I like the way they did my neighbors yard so I looked them up and I appreciate the attention I’ve gotten so far. I wasn’t sold anything that I didn’t feel I needed and I was also advised that I can add services later on rather than at the initial Sign-up. The technician was very friendly and informative and gave it to me straight. We’ll see how this goes.

Ferdinand, the TrGreen technician, was very helpful, thorough, and informative. He sprayed under decks and on our stones around the pool. He explained us how the service deters mosquitoes

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable to provide me ways to better my lawn with grass growth situations, weeds or other types of grass. Thank you for his knowledge and guidance.

My service today was very good. My tech Aaron arrived timely. When he did, he knocked on my door just to let me know he was there which was nice because it gave me time to let the dogs in the house. Great job!

First meeting Fernando was a real inspiration for me to see a professional at work. He explained everything he was going to do and gave the that extra effort to make us happy and eliminate our worries.

The service provided by TruGreen is good. They arrive promptly and complete the work on schedule. I have been a customer for 13+ years now and I am satisfied with the service, but the price-point keeps on increasing and no discounts are offered for loyalty. A tiny annual payment discount is offered which in my book is inadequate. If the increase in price continues I might have to make changes soon.

All in all, I am satisfied.

Our service technician was on time, informative, and Very much interested in customer satisfaction. Trugreen is a reliable establishment and I highly recommend them for their customer service satisfaction; they back up their product.

I am very pleased with today's service. My lawn is "greening up" nicely, as it comes out of Winter dormancy. Last year's mosquito spraying helped tremendously, so I'm having it done again this year.
Follow up: Even fewer mosquitoes this year !
