The best service that can exist, if I could give a million stars I would give them

Thank You Elaine for being so Professional and punctual with your services. I will foward your services to my associates in Bergen and Hudson County.

Professional cleaners and professional services. "Green" cleaning products are used and smell delicious. I will use them every time janitorial services are needed and will recommend! Good hearted staff in office to squeeze you in.

Maverick Building Services is a Janitorial company. I have noticed that multiple ratings are given from Maverick Security which has nothing to do with Janitorial services. Clearly incorrect company. Maverick has been in service for over 36 years. We handle multiple federal and state buildings throughout NJ & NY. Maverick Building Services is a family oriented company. This is what makes us different from the rest. Maverick is like a home to many, we care about our clients and staff and invest like a parent would to their child in order to see the team grow and thrive.

Great cleaning crew, great management and great owner. What more can you ask for?
Thank you Elaine, Chris, Arelis and Pepe

Been using this company for years to clear by lobbies, gyms, carpets and garages - couldn't imagine ever changing. They are professional, communicative, and hard working. Leave it to them and you have nothing to worry about!

I work in property management and have used Tom and his team for many years across a variety of types of properties. They excel at both the basics of maintaining your property as well doing the extras such as carpet cleaning and powerwashing. Tom is a reliable no nonsense person who will work with you to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend Cahill Building Services.

As a preschool director, I've relied on Cahill Building Services for our preschools in Jersey City for years. Their meticulous cleaning and friendly team make them a trusted partner. It feels like working with family, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our young students.
