I rarely leave poor reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Ingri's Home Cleaning Service in Rutherford. I hired Ingri and her team to clean my house before selling it, providing very specific instructions: nothing was to be thrown away—just a standard cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

During the cleaning, over five expensive planters—gifts from my husband, each containing plants from my late grandmother—disappeared. These plants held immense sentimental value. When I confronted Ingri, she claimed it was a misunderstanding and that the plants had been thrown away by mistake. However, they were not in my trash, leaving me confused and upset. Ingri promised to replace them, but after discovering how much they cost, she admitted her cleaning "girls" taking them and agreed to return them.

I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, though the situation still made me uncomfortable. I allowed her to return the plants at her leisure to my vacant house. She eventually sent me a photo of the plants being returned—but they were all dead. When I went to retrieve them, I found that the most expensive planter had been broken and poorly taped together. Looking back at the photo, it was clear the planter had been broken when she dropped it off. I should have paid more attention, but I had truly trusted her and believed it was just a misunderstanding.

I reached out to Ingri several times to resolve the issue. When she finally responded, her only explanation was that "too much time had passed" for her to take responsibility. She offered me just $10 for the damage, despite the broken planter being worth over $150. This response felt insulting, and I was appalled by her lack of accountability.

Ingri and her "girls" have proven to be dishonest, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I'm incredibly disappointed by how this was handled, especially since I had hoped for a professional service. Please be cautious if you’re considering using them for cleaning services.

I am very disappointed in the services received , in the beginning it was good a few little things here and there but as time went on there was less care and many things missed, missing and broken. Reliability wasn’t great. The final straw before ending the service was damage to my high end appliances , scratches , chips, dents, toilets not really clean, broke my drain in expensive marble hand crafted bathroom sink that has cost me almost $1000 dollars to repair. I would not recommend this service.

Spotless results, every single time without fail.

Quick clean, amazing results every time.
