I had a complete service put in when I opened up my store by his company which came with 9 recepticals
Service installed from the outside into the building a panel and all the circuit breakers for $3,500 which I received a quote for and agreed to get done. Recently I requested a quote for a add on to my service which requires 4 Mc cables 4 tandem Qo breakers
2 poles and some wires for 1,414.00. Never did I receive a written estimate which I would have agreed to. The cost of a full service compared to adding 2 sockets to an existing service. He is a price gouging his customers and trying to get over and doing illegal business. Compared to the full service price this price is out rageous and for this we will have to let the judge sort it out.

AVOID at all costs! Don't learn this mistake the hard way! They are unprofessional and take full advantage of customers. They do not know what they are doing, lie, and over charge you 10 fold without fixing any issues. What a hot mess!

The most honest and reliable Heating and Air Conditioning company in our area. The technicians are great and very knowledgeable. My family has always relied on Russell and Barbara for all of our repairs. They are a great company!

Called for service because my AC unit stopped working on Saturday after a power outage. We set it up for 8-18-20. They never showed, never bothered to call to tell me they were running behind. I called them and was told that they were still coming. That was about 2:30pm. It's near 6pm right now and I never heard from them and they never showed. I'm going to go with their nearest competitor. It's obvious that this place doesn't know the meaning of the word customer service. They lost a potential customer today.
