Lousy. Doesn't even show up when scheduled by GE. Doesn't speak clear English. Russian accent when asked what is wrong with my washer. Short one or two words, clipped answers. No explanation.The last one said "nothing wrong. Call company" after he checked wires for my dryer when he was call to see why my washer wouldn't go into the second rinse leaving detergent in loads I'm washing. Never checked the washer. Pulled the unit out, picked up his tool bag and was leaving when I told him, you can't leave that out like that because it was blocking the doorway. Have tried calling them and no answer. Greeting says to leave name and number and they'll return the call. They don't. Just had another arrive at 4:25 pm for an appointment scheduled between 12 pm and 5pm. Tried to speak clear English but slipped back into clipped Russian accent. His solution is to get capsules to run thru washer because he claims there was residual suds when he started the machine. There will be residual suds in any machine after a load. This repair company is a total waste of time. He too started to leave with water left in the tub. I had him come back to put it on drain and spin to get the water out.
I'm done with GE and their incompetent 3rd party repair people. Will be looking into pursuing legal action for this defective machine. There are plenty of online complaints about this model GE washer/dryer and a boat load of complaint about this Total Appliance Solutions who keep changing the company name to Fix-It, LLC to Fix-R, LLC. That in itself is suspect. Why does a company keep changing it's name? My unit's warranty about to expire.

Leo was very good! Responded to my request quickly and was here to diagnose the clothes dryer problem as promised within a couple of hours. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it all within 48 hr. And dryer works again. Very reasonable cost with no extra fees or service charges.

After years of repeated refrigerator cooling and noise problems and replaced parts, Leo was able to correctly determine the root cause- ice buildup on the coils. The fridge has never run so quietly. The per visit fee is astonishingly reasonable. I almost never post reviews, but Leo deserves one. He also got the ice maker running again, without replacing any parts…just sixty dollars.

Responded in a couple hours, was able to fix a microwave in a combo unit (35) year old appliance which we love and still works great!!

Ray was wonderful and his prices were great! Did a great job fixing the stovetop on my oven. The part that I needed to be fixed on my old oven was discontinued, but he was able to get it working again. Now I don't need to purchase a whole new oven!
