I had a great experience with Verrico & Palmer. Nick arrived right on time and took the time to carefully listen to what was going on. Instead of jumping straight into a repair, he and his partner thoroughly inspected everything and explained that he wanted to be sure a repair was actually necessary before doing any work that could create unnecessary expense. I really appreciated their honesty and thoughtful approach.

They were extremely thorough, personable, patient in answering questions- extremely easy to talk to. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was friendly, considerate, and respectful of my home. It’s refreshing to find someone so reliable and trustworthy—I would absolutely recommend Verrico & Palmer to anyone looking for a dependable plumber!!

Nick was very prompt in responding. The install of the hot water heater was seamless. Very neat and tidy on clean-up. I had used their plumbing services in the past and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! Prices are reasonable and team is hard working!
