Maid at the Beach came to clean my home a few weeks ago. They didn’t show for our initial scheduled time, but came a few hours later after we called asking where they were. I paid for a “deep clean,” but considered what was performed a poor surface clean. Base boards had visible dirt from our dog still on them, blinds with dust, shower walls untouched. However, they did make flowers out of the toilet paper and bow ties out of tissue boxes. If you’re looking for a true clean where you don’t just end up re-cleaning your home, this is not it. When the owner finally got in touch over a week after the service (very difficult business to get in touch with) all he had to say was that it was “one of his best teams”. Obviously, that didn’t encourage me to give it another shot. I had every intention of biweekly cleaning but ended up canceling after the first impression.

I called Maid at the Beach a few days ago because my old cleaning lady was unreliable and I needed some houses cleaned in a quick manner. I spoke with Jenny and she eased my worries a great deal. She scheduled my cleans for the next day (3 houses to be move in ready) and I was shocked, everyone else I called said a week minimum. It took 4 people a few hours to clean the houses and let me tell you, they were CLEAN! I plan on using Maid at the Beach in the future and would recommend them to any of my friends and plan to!

I have used Maid at the Beach to clean my Spring Lake summer rental for two years. They take pride in their work and provide excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Best thing I've done in a long time. Ladies are thorough and very pleasant. Home has never looked better than when they walk out the door. Glass is polished, surfaces are dust free, carpets are cleaned, floors are shiny clean. Good job all around.
