WORST experience I have every had. I ordered custom blinds from here and they couldn't have dropped the ball any worse. They botched the order and notified me 2 weeks later (a day before delivery). Then they promised delivery by a certain date and the product ended up being on back order. No one ever told me. When you call, you get passed around for 30 minutes because no one takes responsibility for anything nor do they know what is going on at any period in time.
