WORST experience I have every had. I ordered custom blinds from here and they couldn't have dropped the ball any worse. They botched the order and notified me 2 weeks later (a day before delivery). Then they promised delivery by a certain date and the product ended up being on back order. No one ever told me. When you call, you get passed around for 30 minutes because no one takes responsibility for anything nor do they know what is going on at any period in time.

I don't know if this the exact branch that installed my windows. However, the window installation came out decent. A few months later a strip in all the windows warped. They have been super slow to fix the issue. We are pushing on close to a year of constant follow-ups on my end, and slow responses on their end. They quickly forget about you after the sale was complete - at least so far. Let's see if this post helps to remedy my concerns - since phone calls, emails, and texts have not.
