My heating system gave up the ghost last night in freezing temperatures. I stumbled upon Safeguard Mechanical's number on Facebook the next morning and dialed Allan's line at 8am. He answered promptly and promised to fix the issue. He showed up at 10:30am, diagnosed the problem - a motor failure after just over a year - and walked me through the repair process. Santos returned with a new motor by 3:30pm, installed it quickly, and shared some valuable insights on HVAC maintenance. This HVAC team is top-notch. They're transparent, no-nonsense. They identify the issue before offering a solution, unlike some other companies that just try to sell you something without even checking your system. We were relieved to have found someone who would take the time to pressure test our mini splits instead of pushing new units. Their approach was refreshing and we're glad we chose them for the repair.
