Appliance Repair reviews in Sewell, New Jersey

My experience was very disappointing. Called for a washer repair, paid $474.00 for a repair and the washer does not work, when I called the tech said, it should be working. Did all the things they suggested it does not work. Do not use this company.

I called to ask for service the lady that answered was not helpful and ignorant she had no knowledge and made no sense. She hung up on me middle conversation. Never review anything I wouldn’t use this company for anything just because of the receptionist.

Fred Oster and Ray have repair some of my appliance such as my refrigerator, washer and dryer. They know what they are doing and do a great job!!!

Agree with other reviewers , Kathy on the phone is rude and abrasive. I am hesitant to call because I have a problem with an appliance but don't want to have to deal with her. I am calling another repair service. They are losing business because of Kathy.
