Constraction reviews in Sewell, New Jersey

Austen was very responsive and personable which is why we intially hired him. He came out and discussed the job with us, provided us a good estimate and completed the work quickly. We would recommend him to anyone looking for an egress window

Swain was there when I needed them. I had a leaking window one night and they showed up the very next morning. He was able to fix the issue and do it for a fair and reasonable price. Super professional and does great work. Thanks for your help!

In most cases when I have hired a contractor to do work for me I am disappointed after the work is complete, however that was not the case with Swain LLC. I hired Austen to address a couple of my basement window wells that were not properly draining. Austen and his dad were excellent from the start. They worked with me to understand the scope of the project and the best way to address the issue and best options for new window wells. On the day of the work, they showed up on time, took extra precautions to prevent disturbing any more of my lawn than what was absolutely necessary and performed excellent quality work. They went out of their way to ensure I understood what the cause of my drainage issue was as they progressed with the digging and implemented a great solution to address it. I also really appreciated the fact that both Austen and his dad were personable and we had some great conversations while they were at my house. I usually don’t take time to write reviews but felt that in this case I would because of how happy I was with how the project went. I would definitely recommend Swain LLC to any of my friends and family.

From the first moment Austen came to my home to provide the estimate, I knew he was the appropriate person for the job. He was punctual for the estimate and maintained clear lines of communication from the securing of the permit to the delivery of the parts as well as execution on the day of. His family/team were all very pleasant and hardworking and took care with our home. They were done on time and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an egress window/Bilco door.

Spectacular. We had issues with water coming into the basement through the window and after unsuccessfully trying a number of approaches, turned to Swain. They did an incredible job and delivered exactly as promised for a very reasonable price. While excavating, they must have unknowingly bumped a sprinkler line (wasn’t on so no way to know) which we realized months later when we turned the sprinklers back on for the summer. We reached out and received a response almost immediately that they’d be by the next day to fix. Just don’t see service like this anymore and highly recommend Swain. From start to finish, a wonderful experience!

Swain Contracting installed a new Bilco Door for us on November 30, 2023. They did an amazing job, from removing the old, rusted door, to installing the new door, complete with new masonry all around the perimeter. They were professional, efficient, neat, and did beautiful work! When the door was completely installed, Austen even took the time to polish the exterior!!! All in all, these folks are a pleasure to deal with, and are absolute perfectionists in their field! I would recommend them to anyone!

Swain contracting was amazing. Their quote was much cheaper than other local egress contractors and Austen actually listened to what we wanted then presented options. Throughout the process the communication was excellent. The day of the project the contractors were professional and efficient. This was money well spent. We increased our living space and our home value and we are confident that our family will be safe should a fire occur.

This is a family-run business which specializes in egress doors and windows. We had a RockWell egress window installed. The window was installed in a day, and Austen came back a few times afterwards to complete the trim. The whole experience was amazing, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Communication was also top notch. If you need an egress solution, THIS is the company to call.

If you ever need a Belco door replaced, if you don't contact Austen, of Swain Contracting, you will miss out. He did an outstanding installation for me. He arrived on time; did a stellar job; paid close attention to every detail the job required and left the job site clean and free from debris. I was totally satisfied and was fortunate to have chosen him to do the job.

Great service, reliable and competitive pricing, excellent professional quality work! Highly recommended

I recently hired SD to do a bathroom demolition and I couldn't be happier with their work. They completed the project in a very timely and organized manner for a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend SD to anyone, especially first-time homeowners looking for a great contractor in the area.

These guys did an amazing job with painting my entire house and drywall in my attic to finish it off. Very reasonable prices and very professional. I would hire them again!

Excellent work, professionalism & customer service! Did an amazing job in my home. Even went beyond the paint and fixed bolting on my wood floors. Highly recommend.

From quoting the job to prep to painting Matt and his employees did a fabulous job, will definitely will use them again for future projects.

Matt and his team did a wonderful job. I have recommended them to multiple people since.

best painting company ever last time they painted my home it was so clean and fast and really great job they did I appreciated Painting power LLC

Outstanding work! Matt showed up on time, was very responsive to all communications and did a great job. He painted all of the walls, trim and ceilings in
our condo. I already scheduled him to another one of our properties.

I highly recommend Matt & his team for your painting needs. They are punctual, polite and precise with their painting. I will definitely be calling them for my future paint jobs!

The guys did a fabulous job removing our popcorn ceiling, everything was covered during the process of wetting the ceiling then scraping and sanding. Followed by spackling the ceiling then painting and then to the time to sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors. I would highly recommend them

We used this company to have our house painted in preparing to sell it. They took great care in our home. The paint looks fantastic with clean lines and the team was polite and respectful.

Matt and his crew are top notch. I had them come to do our apartment in Center City. They were supposed to arrive at 8:30 and literally on the stroke of the half hour they arrived. They were professional, quick, and thorough. None of this "paint around the outlet" nonsense. They took care to remove obstacles, to ensure a premium paint job at the right price. I would definitely call them again without searching any further.
