Outstanding Work – Vance Home Remodeling Turned Disaster into a Dream Space!
We recently hired Vance Home Remodeling after severe water damage left part of our home completely unusable. From the very first meeting, they were professional, honest, and gave us a clear plan and timeline. They completely tore out the damaged walls, installed brand-new insulation, rebuilt everything to code, laid gorgeous new flooring, and added recessed lighting that completely transformed the space.
What used to be a dark, unusable area is now bright, warm, and one of our favorite rooms in the house. The transformation is incredible!
Even better than the quality of the work was the crew itself. Every single person was reliable, showed up when they said they would, and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and always happy to answer questions or explain what they were doing. We never felt like “just another job” to them.

Take everything you thought you knew about contractors and throw it out the door. Then call Vance Home Remodeling to repair it! They were always punctual, polite, cheerful, professional and their work was awesome! They were nice to my dog (even brought him a treat everyday with my permission) and cleaned up the construction area everyday before they left! I had them add on a master suite and bath to our bedroom and paint the whole house as we had recently moved in. I can't wait to have them do another project for me!

I recently had two bathroom showers installed by Vance Home Remodeling, LLC, and I am so impressed by how well they turned out! From the original planning and estimate for the work, to the ordering of supplies, details of the step-by-step process, and the work being completed in a timely manner, this company does excellent work. Our family bathroom tub/shower was replaced with a walk-in shower with beautiful marble-like walls with a grab bar, niche for shampoos, and large shower head and a separate hand held wand. I feel like we got two brand new bathrooms. The master bathroom shower was also renovated with a beautiful white tile acrylic walls with chrome fixtures and new recessed ceiling light. The shower shelves are very spacious with hooks for razors, etc. It makes it feel like a bigger shower even though it’s the same space. Joe Vance is a very skilled contractor and business owner and very conscientious about keeping everything clean and covered during construction. His co-worker John also is very competent and explains any questions you might have. I couldn’t be happier with our new showers

Joe and his crew were amazing! They remodeled our kitchen and installed new windows throughout our home. We had water damage in two of the walls, which required full reconstruction. The results were amazing! Joe is fantastic to deal with. A true honest contractor who works with you. He will make suggestions to save you costs and time, and clearly has your best interest at heart. We will be using Vance Remodeling again starting in February 2025 to remodel our bathroom. We cannot recommend Vance Remodeling enough!
