Outstanding Work – Vance Home Remodeling Turned Disaster into a Dream Space!
We recently hired Vance Home Remodeling after severe water damage left part of our home completely unusable. From the very first meeting, they were professional, honest, and gave us a clear plan and timeline. They completely tore out the damaged walls, installed brand-new insulation, rebuilt everything to code, laid gorgeous new flooring, and added recessed lighting that completely transformed the space.
What used to be a dark, unusable area is now bright, warm, and one of our favorite rooms in the house. The transformation is incredible!
Even better than the quality of the work was the crew itself. Every single person was reliable, showed up when they said they would, and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and always happy to answer questions or explain what they were doing. We never felt like “just another job” to them.

We recently hired Vance Home Remodeling to remove a load-bearing wall and install a structural beam in our new home so we could open up the floor plan and create a more inviting space. They did a fantastic job!
The crew was reliable, professional, and careful from start to finish. They explained every step, made sure the structural work was done to code, and handled all permitting and inspections.
The transformation is incredible — The new open layout completely changed the flow of the house in the best way possible. We love it and couldn’t be happier with the results! -
