No such a company on our plaza - people be very careful who you hiring. Most likely another fake air duct cleaning business.

Russ from specialized air duct is great! After calling on a friday, he quickly got us in on tuesday to come clean out our dryer vent/duct. It was a little more complicated of a job than we originally thought but russ was so helpful and quickly fixed the issue! He was very honest and upfront and we will definitely be using specialized air duct care for our future needs!

Arrival time was on time. The work was completed in a timely manner and was neat

They installed a broken air conditioner five years ago and never fixed it with a warranty, it’s still broken. I contacted the better business bureau and I’m contacting the NJ Division of consumer affairs. Don’t waste your money here, find someone better, the worst!!

We couldn't have asked for a better company. They came out and fixed our heater. Steve was so nice i look forward to calling this company back for a whole new system.

Kevin came to the house. AC/heater unit was installed in April 2016. Six weeks later they had to return because York had a modification. There was no cold air coming out of unit. Should have not been installed without the modification. Now Oct 2017 turned heater on. No heat. The unit needed another modification, but the warrenty ran out. Called Advanced. They wanted $70 to come out to look at the unit plus labor. We kept our PSE&G contract. Repairs were free. They replaced the bad blower and did the modification that York had told everyone about to stop condensation from rusting out the motor. We called to discuss with Kevin, why he would not repair the design flaw in the system from York. He would not return our numerous calls.

There like family even though I haven't had major issues

Just wanted to say how happy we are with advanced air they we nice not pushy. 2 days for a complete combo boiler and tank less water heater set up. i would say forget the reviews and just meet with them you will see why. couldn't ask for a nicer group of guys!

Kevin by far is the best technician at AdvancedAir! He is knowledgeable and kind and was able to quickly get to the root of the problem and fix it in record time! Highly recommend for all heating and cooling problems!

We had a new HVAC system installed today. They guys Bob and Sam were great. They were polite and put up with our dog who wanted to know everything they were doing. They set up our new thermostat to our phones. Cleaned up after themselves. All done on an almost 100 degree day! We also were happy with our salesman Julian! The YORK system we got is super quiet too. Love that!!

They were very quick to respond to my Dads heater issue. Steve as well their office staff were very curtious and kind and quickly showed up. Their prices were very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call them again should I have any other problem as I highly recommend their Professional Service..

Do not use this company unless you want to damage your home and pay more money than you would have using literally any other service.

I also contacted multiple times afterwards to see if they'd make things right. They didn't. If this review is still up, then they've not addressed the following issues.

1) Installed mini-split crooked.

2) Installed drainage pipe so the water leaks directly into the house's foundation.

3) Did not install outdoor unit where discussed. Instead, they did it where it was easiest for them.

Honestly, at this point, I'd be fine if they just addressed points two and three, but they've not been open to any communication.

I'll also contact Better Business Bureau if I don't hear from them in another week.

So unless you want to spend twice the money (once for them to do damage and twice for someone else to do it correctly), I wouldn't use them.

This was my second contractor to look at my furnace during the frigid cold weather and they fixed all of the issues and we now have heat! Thanks Advanced Air!
