Fortunately, I have never had to use ServPro for my home, but I am a member of Rotary Club of Washington Township. The club had flags that we would use for parades, fundraising events, etc. The flags were seriously damaged by water and were covered in mold. They smelled awful too! The club thought we would have to throw them all away - that is how bad they were. However, ServPro took them and cleaned them all up. The flags now look new!! We couldn't believe it! They got out the horrible smell too. Also, ServPro is a member of the Rotary so you know they support the community as well.

Servpro came out to my home to help me when I had a leak from my dishwasher. My kitchen had water on the hardwood floors and underneath. Servpro came right out and removed the water, put equipment in my home to dry the space and saved my floors. I know this is because they got there in a timely matter. I will use them again if I ever have another issue.

Sadly, our house had a terrible electrical fire, and I was at a loss on what to do next. Luckily, the fireman recommended Servpro Washington/Woolwich, and that's who I had come out. They came out the next day and got started, and it was all hands on deck, and i felt like their #1 priority till the house was better than before. My hot water heater broke on Easter Sunday and flooded my entire finished basement while I had a house full of guests! When I called Servpro, they had a team at my house right away. They moved my things, got the water out and saved my furniture to boot!
